We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceIf I needed to say one thing "negative" I would say that the front did not look as expected, but looking again the photo, it is trustworthy.
Everything was great. The room is very well decorated (loved the coulor), Staff was incredibly nice and helpful at our arrival and departure and the hotel is extremely close from the castle of Versailles which was awesome.

But I think whoever cleaned our room did not take care to check the bed sheets which had a few small orange stains on the white (didn't look nasty but it was a bit of a let down compared to the rest of our experience). We were super sleepy so did not bother to complain.
Everything !! It's right across the parking lot from the palace so perfect location. The checkin was smooth even if we got later than 12.30 in the night. Parking in the hotel garage is very convenient and fairly priced (bit of a tight entrance though). The room is tastefully decorated and got all amenities you need and super spacious.

United KingdomHotel was being refurbished which was good, in fact our room had recently been done. The builders still working so carpets were covered in large footprints throughout the property. The receptionist did explain about the refurbishment in process. I am sure it will be worth it when it's all complete. Our room was very comfortable. Quite warm and lighting could have been brighter.

BelgiumThe first negative point of the hotel is the very narrow spaces in the parking utilised for guests. While the parking spots are adequate, the entrance and the corridors to navigate the place are very narrow and visitors with bigger cars may find it a bit daunting at first. The second one is that certain devices may have trouble to connect, as one is required to sign in after connecting to the network via a webpage of the hotel, which did not work for my pc (the webpage would not load), although my phone connected just fine. The only complain I have is that on the day of my check out I forgot an e-book reader and a t-shirt in the room and I realized it when I arrived home, as I drove back and I did not had the chance to read during the trip there. After communicating with the hotel to enquire whether the items could be posted to me, I was informed that the device was not found by the cleaning service and, when I afterwards checked the same day, the device had disappeared from my account with the e-books vendor. While this is not an incident that I can hold the hotel accountable for, it was nevertheless an upsetting part of my experience there.
The Hotel is well placed between the Versailles palace and the town. It has a parking for guests and one can find restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, the staff friendly and in my opinion it is a solid choice for staying in Versailles.

Great location. Only a 3 - 4 minute walk to the palace. Staff were wonderful. Rooms are slightly dated, but comfortable. Much larger than expected. Newly renovated bathroom. We loved the quirky Versailles theme throughout the establishment. Breakfast is worth the money. Parking expensive, but it's Versailles, bound to be pricey. Secure underground.

United KingdomWe chose to eat out for breakfast so I do not know what the breakfast was like.
Loved the styling of the rooms. The murals were great. The room was bigger than expected. Very comfortable and relaxing foyer. The hotel was in a great location to the train station and the palace of Versailles. Some nice local bars and restaurants. It was great to spend the day at the palace and gardens without having to travel back to Paris in the evening.

Location for Palace is great, breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful. The room and bathroom were a little small but no big deal. excellent shower. The bed was huge but a little firm, but also not a big thing. The TV we could not get English subtitles, but again no big problem.
