To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Australiathe location is excellent, the small scale, the comfortable rooms, excellent beds, welcoming vibe, sitting area in reception, beautiful entrance, the decor and lighting, the bathroom, the stairs, the fact there was a lift for our suitcases, and ambience of the hotel, the total opposite of a big corporate type...and the fabulous padded wallpapaer linign the walls of the room that provided excellent acoustic quality and a lovely sense of calm

United KingdomSlightly inconvenient the micro size of the shower, you can’t bend to wash your feet without poking your back outside the cubicle :) I didn’t try breakfast as they are so many excellent places nearby with an array of choices.
Very clean, comfortable, very fresh towels and bedsheets Good quality toiletries. Staff very helpful, left the bags in custody for the day, before Eurostar departure. Moulain rouge is 5 min down the street, it is worth going!! Tube station is Blanche, 5 min walk as well. Short walk to Sacre Coeur. Comfortable!

Reception desk staff were welcoming and efficient. Room was really clean and fresh. Bedding and towels spotless and the bathroom (included a bath; ideal for a soak after days of plenty of walking) was spot on. Location is superb for a walk southwards to do shops and touristing, as well as heading east into the beautiful streets and chill vibe of Montmartre.

Not bad for the price in Paris. In a great location with friendly helpful staff. There was a mix-up with our rooms so they offered us a choice of two options which was nice. The rooms are a little pokey and outdated, however the heating was good (mid-winter) and the towels/linen were clean. Our main bedroom had no reading lights so it was very dark and a bit cramped.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel 29 Lepic. We were pleased to get an upgrade when we arrived which was a lovely surprise and the room was well sized for Paris! The staff were very kind and the location was ideal.

DenmarkYou can hear other guests when staying in your room. There was an odd smell from the bathroom, maybe sewer. The bathroom was quite new and very nice otherwise. Fridge and waterboiler didn't work.
Very nice hotel in fantastic location. Rooms are very clean and service is good. The room decoration is tastefull. Breakfast is good. You really get a feeling of French charm when staying here. There are restaurants and specialty shops right outside. The Metro is not far away.

Well situated every thing on your door step . Metro station at bottom of street was great to find.nice bars or restaurants to choose from. Moulin rouge was a five minute walk super .
