Room was beautiful. Calm and very relaxing. Soft lighting and minimal intelligent furniture. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom and shower elegantly fabulous. Breakfast morning room was stunning. Breakfast choice was delicious. 5 star service fron Hannah and FOH check in man. They were very friendly, kind and professional. Loved the house completely.

Would have been nice if TV had apps on it (Netflix, Prime, etc) so we could watch films on it. The WiFi should also ideally be on a secure network with a password for guests, but we found our 4G still worked well there.

Terrific waterfall shower and bed was comfy although the pillows were a bit on the hard side. Not a major issue though. Breakfast was top notch with lots on offer

Missing some attention to detail. Small and fixable things: the toilet seat in our bathroom was set too far back but otherwise fine; one of the blinds let a large crack of light in at the side so we had to wedge it into the wall around the window to be able to sleep properly the second night; the bathroom didn’t have any shelves in it, but storage in the bedroom was very well planned.

Really nicely renovated and extended. Super location - 10 min walk to city centre - and parking on site. Tasteful and arty decor adds a lot to the ambience - makes it really inviting. V comfortable bed, pillows, wonderful chairs and cushions in room and common spaces. Really good breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt etc., rich cooked and healthy cooked options. And beautifully designed dining room. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Leighton House was situated on top of a slight hill. Fine going down but a bit of a struggle to get up.

Staff were very friendly. Accommodation was lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Great location.

The hill up from the centre can be difficult However we got a taxi home Saturday evening and it wasn’t too expensive

Very very minor pick up point with the room was the smoke alarm flashing a green light every 10 seconds or so which was annoying at nighttime but other than that it was a great guesthouse and would recommend

The guesthouse was beautifully decorated, our room was very homely and comfortable and it was in a great location with parking. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and would definitely stay here again when visiting Bath.

Well decorated and a calm and quiet guest house. Breakfast was served quickly. Good amenities, a little outside the centre and up hill but only a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi. Service was fantastic.
