To be fair it’s cheap and cheerful ok for short stay

Well it was exactly what I was looking for somewhere to sleep while working a couple of days in London. Staff and location great !

The only thing I missed were some hooks for the coats or similar.. could maybe be put on the back of the door or something.

Perfect for our short trip to London. I went with my 12 year old son and we booked a twin bed room. The room was small but perfect for what we needed. Beds got made everyday and towels exchanged. It was situated in a good place to get around easy via bus or tube.

It was all fine.

Very convenient for O2 Empire for gigs and opposite the big Westfield shopping centre. Also minutes from the tube station. The room was clean and compact with everything we needed for a one night stopover after a concert.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom and the room were quite small for three people.

Corridors going up the stairs were narrow but that is pretty usual in London. Bathroom was small but that is to be expected in London. It's an oldish building and the age shows at places.

Lone traveler, stayed one night. Very roomy for a London budget hotel. Stayed at the top floor where the roof was slanted which might cause issues for taller people but the actual room was very spacious compared to most cheaper London hotels. Room and bed were clean. Location is excellent, especially if you are interested in visiting Westfield shopping center more frequently, and there are two tube stations really close by.

Downsides- basement room- smelled bad, ( drains), difficult to get cool drinking water from the tap.

Great location for Shepherds Bush Empire, very reasonably priced, quiet. Opposite shopping centre and places to find coffee/ breakfast. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable

Lack of delicate cleaning and house keeping. There was left tissues on the chair, and there’s no enough shampoo left.

The neighborhood was a little strange to go around at night. The hotel looks old and not with a lot of maintenance. There was not elevator, we stayed on the 2nd floor but taking suitcase up and down via stairs was not ideal. The staff help us when we arrived to take it up. The water boiler had water from before, not sure how long it was there and the cups and glasses were dirty.

It was in front of a shopping center and very well located in terms of public transportation. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was ok.

The room seemed too hot even with the heater in the room turned off. The room is also rather small so please keep this in mind as we had to shimmy between the wall and bed to get past at times. The lock on the door for the room was also hard to lock initially.

This was close to the venue where we were going to a concert and was very accessable through the underground with various stations close by. There is also food places and cafes nearby which was great. Room was also cozy and ideal for sleeping in

Small room, we could barely walk to get the beds. The door wasn’t working properly and the bathroom was old and small. Overpriced.

The mattresses were terrible

The location was great, close to 3 tube stations with easy access to the city centre. The area is full of restaurants and stores with a huge shopping center in front. The staff was kind and always ready to help. Good value for a city like London
