Nothing bad to say about this place.

Beautiful property and every room has a view. Unfortunately, it was too cold and wet for us to sit out on the lovely deck among the plants and flowers and birds but the grounds are absolutely lovely. Also, the place is very close to town and access to several good restaurants. Several hikes in the area but also not a long drive to Snowdonia national Park where the hiking is breathtaking as well as the island of Anglesey. The hosts were amazing and can tell you anything you want to know about the area. So kind and gracious. Hot cooked breakfast made to order each morning was also very very good.

Honestly, nothing could have been better.

Our hosts were excellent, extremely kind, caring & professional. Email and text communications were extremely clear, friendly & useful. The location is great and our room was large, modern, comfortable and everything we wanted.

There was nothing I didn’t like, I was travelling up from London so would have liked to have checked in earlier but it wasn’t a problem at all!

The owners were absolutely fantastic and really friendly! They were so welcoming and really helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to go! Have already planned to go back in the summer - thank you guys! The food was excellent and there was nothing they wouldn’t cater for! They made an effort to talk to you at breakfast or within a passing and even my friend wasn’t staying with me but they would catch up with him too which I liked! If you’re looking for a home away from home stay, this is your best choice!

Excellent stay during the pre Christmas period. Owners were very friendly and the house was immaculate. Lovely breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend to others. Lovely location in a gorgeous Victorian home.

The rooms were beautifully appointed, and exceptionally clean. The hosts were very welcoming, and friendly and made everything very easy, with advice about local places to eat, and activities. There was a very wide selection of options for breakfast too, and delicious Welsh cakes and bara brith to take with us for our day out. I would very gladly visit again.

I can't fault the place or the owners. The only thing I would mention is the closure of the footpath into the village so you have to walk around the road. However, Martin told me before confirming the booking and its not something they can control. Its only a 20 minute walk into the village on the road, so not a major issue.

As soon as I arrived, Martin was very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for with Martin or Pippa. The Hotel had everything you needed, very clean and comfortable. Martin kindly gave me some snacks for hiking everyday, the breakfast had loads of choice.

A fabulous stay in a 6 star BnB. Martin, Pippa and Marian were wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for me. Martin was very helpful on places to eat,and places to visit. Marian and Pippa prepared sensational breakfasts, and Martin made me up a great bacon and egg sandwich and orange juice for me to take on the road on the morning of an early start. And did it on the spot with no warning other than I wouldn't be in for breakfast. My room and bed were enormous, as was the bathroom. They were both absolutely spotless, well equipped, and the king size bed was so comfortable. Very welcoming. A beautiful building, in lovely surroundings, within a very short drive or moderate walk from the village where was a great choice of eating places. No doubt this was the best accommodation so far on my UK holiday.

Absolutely no negatives about this B & B!

Marion, Pippa and Martin are a great team who provided the ultimate b & b experience for these two travellers. After six weeks touring the British Isles and staying in 26 (researched and pre booked) separate accommodations, Aberconwy House B & B - our last stop- was by far the best of them all! Our double room was pristine with a comfortable bed and pillows and a modern well equipped ensuite. (We were impressed to learn that many of the lovely artworks decorating the house were produced by the very talented Martin.) Our breakfasts were cooked exactly to our preferences and served to us in the dining room with superb morning views of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. After giving us loads of local information and suggestions for exploring the area, Pippa would then send us on our way with a parcel of freshly baked Welsh cakes for our morning tea. 😋😋 With their impeccable attention to detail and their warm hospitality, Marion, Pippa and Martin made our stay at Aberconwy House simply the best!

The breakfast choices were good and tasted great, so filling to start off an active day. It's located about a 20 minute walk to town or a few minutes by car. Parking can be hard to find during busy hours and the walk was good. Our room was very comfortable and clean, the bed and chairs especially. The view was great and the hosts were fantastic. I recommend staying here.
