Great location for visiting o2 warehouse.

Booked a twin room, weeks prior.. was with my daughter. Was originally told on arrival that the hotel didn’t have a twin available and offered a Queen - was not happy as ordered snd paid for a twin & when booking via booking.com it said there was one available following discussion the member of staff did find a twin room. Unsure why she said there wasn’t one. All good in the end though.

I’m vegetarian and there was plenty of options. A great breakfast variety all round.

Our rooms were at the back of the hotel which theoretically should have been quieter but , as it was quite a warm night we had our window open so we were disturbed by people in the carpark last thing at night and very early in the morning

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and very helpful.sometimes in a big city hotel this is not always the case, we were very pleasantly surprised, nothing was too much trouble A big thank you to them all.

The bed had a "hole" in the middle which meant both of us kept rolling off!

Didn't like that we had booked check out for 12:00 and at 11:05 we was woken by the alarm and the housekeeping kept knocking every 5 mins

In the bar there is no menu for kids or even a kids portion size for what was on the menu. There was no way I was paying the full price of what was in itself expensive for my 6 year old to eat half of it.

The breakfast was nice. Although at £14 it was expensive. They offered a discount rate of £12 at check in if it was prepaid but this discounted rate should be available to guests at all times.

Connection from phone to tv and room didn’t work. It was too warm at night…the air conditioning adjuster didn’t seem to work well.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed. Bed and pillows comfy. Good room facilities, clean.

The mattress wasn't great and there was a bizarre noise from the Aircon system which disturbed us throughout the night.

The AC hotel was great. Upon arrival they had some complimentary snacks which was a nice touch. The gym wasn't the best but it was decent enough, 24 hour and extremely clean. The staff were also very welcoming.

Extra touches such as complimentary beer in the room, iced water, and sweeties in reception. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We loved the view from the 7th floor over Manchester, too.

Comfortable and dark room, with good amenities and facilities. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with good GF options. Location was ideal, a 2 minute walk from several tram stops allowing easy access to all of the city.

Couldn’t get any Channels on the tv. Also pillows very soft & uncomfortable. And not much provided in the way of milk etc for tea/coffee

I liked that there was a fridge in the room providing bottled water, also the bed was massive & very comfortable (not so much the pillows) also loved the view & cleanliness.

In the room, there was not a mirror by the desk area which made make-up application and hair styling slighting challenging.
