All the facilities both in the room and in public spaces are perfect. All the staff members are really helpful and accommodating. I would not like to stay any other hotels in London.

Hmm... very special experience... even in room on 3rd floor you can hear and feel EVERY train from subway. Not especially annoying or noisy- more like in Harry Potter movie! What else in London?

All good - some would probably find the underground tube vibration a bit distracting though for us it brings more uniqueness to the place!

Since the very first moment we arrived, this hotel brings us smile and joy. The place is exceptionally well-designed, it's so beautiful and clean. The lounges are very comfortable (my husband specifically enjoy his early-morning reading time here!), the gym is small but functional, and the room - oh, the room. We especially love the high ceilings and comfy bed (++ the free chocolate). The staff is approachable, super friendly and professional, everything is lovely! The location is perfect - a quiet street and easy access to museums, cafes, and other public transport. I would also recommend at least one breakfast here for a complete experience of the hotel. I would say that pillows were really too thick although the matress very comfortable. The lighting is a little too weak for my taste and the switches a bit confusing.

Like all good hotels is London - very expensive.

The staff were superb - friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and everything freshly prepared. The room was lovely, bed super comfy and the bathroom was lovely - just a little too warm.

The only flaw with the hotel is the noise level at night due to the underground. The tube is literally below the hotel and the rooms vibrate and rumble quite regularly. This was particularly annoying at night and made sleeping rather difficult. We understand that this is hardly the hotel's fault, but it put a damp on the whole experience.

The hotel is beautiful and everyone is extremely nice and always willing to help. It was easy to feel at home away from home at The Adria hotel. The room was a very decent size with lovely Georgian windows in both the bedroom and bathroom. It is also very conveniently located in the heart of South Kensington next to the V&A museum.

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Megan in particular was very helpful and such a warm welcoming arrival from her. She is a super star. The breakfast was fabulous and the quality of the furniture was exceptional, it really was a very special property. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Well equipped room. When I arrived there were fresh fruits and chocolates available in the room. Extremely kind staff, large fluffy bed and delicious breakfast. Really nothing to complain about!
