We have a firm mattress at home and firm pillows, our mattress felt a little bit soft but it did not effect our stay in any way.

A beautiful dining room, all very thoughtfully set out for guests, cereal , yoghurts, fruit available with fresh juice. The cooked breakfast was hot, used local produce, beautifully presented and a generous serving. A choice of various coffees or tea.

The owners were really lovely and made you feel instantly welcome. Very clear checking in and out instructions. Location, facilities and pretty much everything (except the weather) was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

What can we say, it was such a lovely place, location. Room was outstanding. Breakfast was gorgeous and the hosts were amazing, so friendly, welcoming and warm. And nothing was a problem for them and were so knowledgeable of the places to visit which were great. I would highly recommend staying here and we are looking forward to our next stay which we hope wont be too long. Great value for money . Had such a great time and wouid highly recommend staying there . Thankyou

Breakfast was unavailable 2 mornings but there was a very good reason for this and it did not spoil any aspect of the stay.

Overall a very comfortable Guest house. Very convenient location in Betws Y Coed. It was very quiet. Enough amenities in the room. Only had breakfast 1 morning and that was lovely. Host was very helpful for the queries I had. Would recommend it.

It was in a great location near all the pubs, restaurants and cafes. The rooms were lovely and clean, and provided with coffee, tea, biscuits etc. The owners were really nice and welcoming with great communication.

The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing. The TV in my room didn't work, but Gid got it sorted and swapped it for another. For the inconvenience, they didn't charge me for breakfast.

The room we stayed in was comfortable, spacious and nicely designed. Despite being above the road, noise was surprisingly minimal and the view was incredible. The location is perfect as all village amenities are easily accessible as are beautiful walks. The guest house was kept nice and warm and there was a front room with a fire that guests could use which was a nice touch. The hosts are also very friendly and welcoming and seem to really care about the property.
