We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTo be honest the room was too hot had to get the window wide open to cool it down. There was some marks on the walls in the room making it look tired and dated. Only other big bug was downstairs we were sat in the middle eating dinner in the bar area and every time someone went out to smoke the smell came back in which isn’t pleasant when your eating your food.
Good location and the staff very helpful, even the cleaning staff were lovely and helped when I got disoriented along corridor. Showers lovely.

United KingdomThe breakfast was expensive - I didn't have it. I wish there was a small option - all I want is a coffee and a croissant so £14 is not worth it! It was hard to find the EV chargers - more signage would be useful.
Good location as you can walk to the train station and get into Brum without braving its hideous traffic. A nice spa area. Very helpful staff. EV charging moderately priced.

United KingdomA bit dated but it is an older property so kind of expected. There was just some obvious wear and tear in the bathroom due to its age that had been repaired but would have looked and felt better had it been replaced. Also the gym facilities don't open early. I am there for a business event and I have stayed at hotels that have 24 hour facilities so that I can get a work out in before the event and set me up for the day but they don't open early enough here to fit that in and get ready afterwards.
This is the 2nd year I have been back for the conference. Breakfast is good and tasty with a large variety. The restaurant on site is very good and I enjoy each time, and drinks at a good price which are not as expensive as I expected which meant I could enjoy it more with the team.

United KingdomDespite having a massive car park it was very difficult to park at 5pm on arrival - I suspect this is due to them selling car park spaces to people using the airport (this was advertised at the hotel). Priority signs be given to starting guests.
Very convenient for Resorts World Arena and, I think, the airport. Clean enough room. Didn’t use bar or restaurant so couldn’t comment on those but seemed to be good size and a variety of drinks and food available. Staff very friendly
