No drawers in which to store items.Owing to the age of the property there is no lift which would have been useful for the less able

No bedside light and very narrow to get to the bathroom from one side of the bed as tv was in the way and you had to be careful not to bang into it. Small cups but I do like a mug of tea in the morning Towels not a big size

Noise carries a lot was woken up by conversations outside the door and doors slamming but other than that can’t fault my stay.

Great location easily accessible from the city centre and train station. Staff really helpful and friendly and great value for money.

Nothing to dislike

Very modern room, bed so comfy and shower one of the best. The pub itself was welcoming and its staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast was really good and so laid back. The location was spot on, a 5-ish minute walk from Deansgate, lots of car parks close by with Salford Central train station no more than ten minutes away by foot.

The windows in the room need some kind of secondary glazing for a bit more sound proofing, as we everything going on outside all through the night. Therefore didn't sleep very well at all.

Lovely cosy hotel. Myself and my daughter stayed here, to go to a concert. Hotel was only 10 mins walk away from arena. Room was small, but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely. It was raining when we were leaving, and we were walking to train station, the lady that we checked out with gave us an umbrella. A lovely gesture and it was very much appreciated as I didn't bring a rain coat. Will definitely stay again. 😊

Nothing really as I thought was very good. I would say to have bath mats outside of the shower. Evening meal could have been hotter

Music from pub downstairs can be quite loud but they are mindful of this and the music is lowered at nighttime.

Great central location close to Manchester arena, printworks and Arndale. Lots of public transport options nearby also. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

the welcome from the staff and how they greeted you and made you feel at home was a really big positive about this place, also such a clean and modern place, great breakfast menu especially when it’s included in the low price I paid for the hotel, great value for money. Will be going again :)

if i was being really picky... the stairs between the bar and the rooms was a bit smelly ie ,,, carpet needed cleaning but that didnt bother me hugely as the rest was lovely ..

Comfortable newly refurbed room, fantastic shower and comfy bed ...also beautiful breakfast ...

This isn't really the hotels fault but i am a light sleeper,having got back from a concert,i went to bed around 11.30pm,I was woken by two other guest around 1.30am,talking loudly in the corridor and slamming doors,continuing to talk loudly in there room,they left the room on two further occasions doing pretty much the same until around 2.45am,as said not really the hotels fault but it spoilt what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Well located for city centre,AO Arena,although no parking the Q Car park Deansgate North is very near,also good value,i think the hotel has been recently renovated,my room was spotless with a comfy bed and a large bathroom,i would certainly stay again.

Blinds at the window obscure the view coming in but not the light, so the room was quite bright from early morning when bit was still trying to sleep. Road traffic noise was quite obvious as well

Bathroom shower and room we're clean and well equipped with modern decor and furniture. Staff were really friendly and the pub was welcoming, decent prices on the beer and food as well. Breakfast was easy and quick.

Staff are great If you love sport its ideal.Sports bar underneath. Everyone friendly.They phoned taxis for me and I had an early morning flight and they offered to make me toast and tea before I went.Good experience.

TV didn’t work well- picture buffering and freezing Breakfast was basic and served in pub area and not helped by floor being cleaned during breakfast leaving an unpleasant bleach smell
