Sat Nav kept taking us to the wrong end of a one way road - so took 15 minutes to locate around 6pm in dark? Off season so room a little cool initially - but Graham switched on extra portable radiator which soon heated room? Door entrance doorbells and 2 door entry need updating please - lets your "first impressions" down for a Fabuloso B&B!!

Warm Helpful Welcome from Graham - really close to Winter Gardens and central for ALL amenities & attractions!! Great full ENGLISH from Richard - great view of Tower!! Relaxed approach to leaving bags / checkout time? (even though Richards Sunday off!!) Plentiful tea coffee milk & biscuits / room & beds comfortable / spotless bathroom / plenty of storage / wardrobe space!! Loads of bathroom shower gel - hand wash - towels - Kleenex - high quality quilted toilet roll - clear wi fi codes etc!!

Graham and Richard are very good hosts and nothing was too much for them, if you needed anything. Breakfast was good and the location was ideal. Highly recommended.

The only negative comment is the creaky bunk beds that needed tightening up.

Excellent location for where we needed to be, but especially if you wanted to be near the tower. The owners were very friendly. They were interested in why we were there and we're very chatty. They carried our bags to our room. They catered for an early breakfast when needed without fuss. Bent over backwards to help if we needed it. We had extra heating in our room when needed. The room was cleaned daily. The family room was split into two rooms with two toilet facilities, one having a shower in it.

Great location and value for a weekend away. Rooms are basic but clean and presentable and, as someone who struggles to sleep when staying away from home, I have to say that the bed was the probably comfiest I’ve had in any hotel\b&b. Thank you to our hosts at Arlingtons for the warm, hospitable welcome and a great weekend stay!

Fantastic place to stay & if ever in Blackpool will definitely go back. Owners so helpful & friendly really couldn't do enough for you. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. 50 steps from winter gardens 5 mins walk to seafront excellent location & room lovely with some nice little added touches by the owners. cosy room, well located, and the landlords are very caring and try everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Nice breakfast with basically anything you can ask for (also vegeterian option).

I don’t like to complain as these guys are great, but the shower was a real let down no pressure or flow… couldn’t wash hair properly sorry guys but if you sort the showers it would be the best in Blackpool!! Xx

This was our fault, we didn't let the hotel know of our accessibility needs, so not a reflection on the hotel, more a warning for future guests to make sure they do let them know and can be accommodated accordingly

we went to Blackpool for the darts, the location was awesome, just a very very short walk away. Breakfast was buffet style, very well cooked, plenty of options and the hosts were incredible, couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great stay
