Our double bed was rather small and the shower was ok but could've been better.

The location to Arundel is within walking distance although we took our car. The food was very good and plenty. Staff were on hand at all times and were very friendly.

.The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good although the addition of fresh soft fruits would have been most welcome.There was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe and the room was very clean.The grounds and locality adjacent to meadows attracted an interesting selection of birds, despite the A27 running past. (from the room traffic noise was hardly noticable) This would be a good place for exploring the area on foot, it being very close to the station and within easy walking distance of Arundel and several footpaths to neighbouring villages.

Very welcoming and comfortable hotel located on edge of Arundel adjacent to Railway station. This provides an easy walk into town and good communications to nearby attractions. Nice rooms and excellent breakfast. Free parking is useful.

Our window view was rather obscured by some condensation within the double glazing.

The hotel is located next to the rail station and a 5 minute walk from the town. It is by the main road but our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden and thus quiet. Our room had all the facilities we needed and was clean and tidy. A good breakfast was served in the attractive conservatory.

Just the one thing... The bed. Mattress was very hard I think a nice thick memory foam topper would do the trick. Also need to get some new pillows as these ones were very flat. It would also be nice to have a blanket in the wardrobe in case of a very chilly night. I hope this is all constructive criticism ...not having a go.

Lovely welcoming staff. Good sized room and nice hot shower. Heating worked well. Delicious cooked breakfast. The whole place was in good decorative condition. Even though it was next to the main road you couldn't hear it so the double glazing works! Good sized car park.

It was very clean and tidy , close to the train station and the castle was just up the road. We only stayed one night but it was an ok place

The room I got is in front, which is facing the highway so a bit noisy when cars pass by, but after 10pm there's less and less cars anyway, as the town is not touristy in winter; and windows are thick enough, plus the staff provided earplugs. Toilet exhaust fan wasn't working in our room, please repair.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Good water pressure in the shower and toilet. Comfortable bed and enough privacy. Temperature and ambiance in the room is just right for me. Staff are nice and welcoming and explains everything clearly as I ask them.
