The hotel is conveniently situated, near Torquay sea front and not far from the town centre. The owner was very helpful, carrying my case up to and down from my room. The room was quite large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and I liked the fact that there was table service rather than self service.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Room was brilliant well equipped and very comfortable and my partner really enjoyed the bath. Owners were very friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful about the local area on where to eat and go. If we stay in Torquay again we will definitely look if this place is available and good location, great value for money and the breakfast was excellent 10/10

The room was amazing, had a bath and a shower, the staff/owners were amazing, very friendly, helpful and good taste in music😁. Had lots of information about what to visit around. They don't supply cheap coffee, I've started my morning with a lovely Nescafe. Overall 10/10.

Our bedroom was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but very clean with towels and soap provided. The breakfast was good with cereals, toast, jams, orange juice, scrambled eggs and full English breakfast. The owners are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is about 15/20 minutes' walk from the railway station and the city centre is only a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect - no improvements necessary.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The owners were incredibly accommodating, my Dad picked the key up for us earlier in the day (as we were arriving very late) and he was shown our room, given the code for the WiFi, told where we should park and given information about breakfast. Absolutely outstanding service.

I can't think of anything negative at this time.

Atlantis is a 15-minute walk from the Torquay Railway Station. It is a mere 10 minutes to the Torquay Beach. The proprietors were very welcoming; Simon carried one of my luggage up the stairs for me. I slept on the top floor which required walking up some flight of stairs. Not an issue for me. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was pot for boiling water for coffee or tea. There is a closet with some hangers.

Greetings on arrival, offers to help carry bags/luggage, shown where to park safely. Breakfast was excellent. Hosts shared local knowledge of area, when asked. Hosts were very friendly, polite, & professional. Hosts could not do enough to help us. Not rushed day of departure.

Bathroom was small BUT it was stylishly decorated and the shower was perfect.

The host was extremely welcoming and it felt like I was staying with a friend. The size of the bedroom was great. Fresh decor and ample storage. Extremely comfy bed. Large lounge that we could sit in in the evenings etc with tv. TV in room with kettle etc. plenty of coffee etc and decent sized mugs!!

Steph was very welcoming & also very knowledgeable about the area & things we might be interested in. We had help from Steph & her son to take our luggage to & from our rooms. The rooms & bathrooms were spotless. Really enjoyed our stay & will recommend to others.
