There were noisy works right outside our bedroom window. The spa treatment was very low quality and cut corners. No disabled parking available. Very busy car park.

Good location, nice outside area and views, lovely breakfast, comfy beds and very clean , staff friendly and helpful

    Nothing

The room was very comfortable, well decorated with an excellent view of the harbour. The breakfast offered a good choice and the staff were very attentive without being invasive.

The twin room was absolutely beautiful but impractical for travellers with suitcases. Coffee and tea making was stored in a in a bulky cupboard that took up space and was of little practical use. We had to lift it all out and place it on dressing table. Needed 2 bag stands.

No dislikes as far as our experience is concerned.

All members of staff we dealt with were very personable, knew exactly what they were doing and properly represented the four star status of the hotel. We also asked for quiet rooms, and they definitely were quiet, even when a special event was underway elsewhere in the hotel. Immediately following our stay, we needed the hotel to arrange for some lost property to be found and returned to us. This was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Breakfast isn't anything particularly special. Parking is a nightmare

We have stayed before and picked to stay in the same annex room again. The annex rooms are large with huge beds, free gin and a massive double shower room. There is a spa on site which we could have used, but we chose not to this time. The Jetty restaurant gets busy so do pre-book it, but we had a really great dinner. Very busy on a Saturday night.

There is nothing to not like about the hotel.

Breakfast was very good there's plenty of selection. The location is amazing you are right by the beach which is great. The staff are very friendly, helpful and service was first class. I will definitely recommend Harbour Hotel Christchurch to friends and family.

Our room was located near the store room outside and we were woke fairly early by this noise and found it to be quite noisy.

Lovely hotel and the bed was exceptionally comfy!

    Nothing we didn't like!!

I LOVED our stay here.... the hotel is classic and traditional but the rooms are beautiful, stylish, pristine and comfortable. Used the spa which was great although a bit busy at some times of day. Location is just idyllic, on Mudeford Quay, you feel like you're ij a private waterside home. 2 minute walk to the seafront. We ate in the Jetty which was a highlight, had Mini Gastro menu as it was mid week... the place was pretty busy despite being a Monday in April! The food was 5 star... better than many meals I've had in London, service was impeccable and really reasonable. All the stafff were friendly and helpful. This place is a total gem!

    Nothing worth mentioning.

All staff that we met at the hotel and in the restaurant were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The facilities on site were good and our room was fully equipped (without a mini fridge), very clean and serviced daily. The spa are was good and again, everything seemed very clean and all the staff there were very helpful.

Some communal areas could do with more of a clean (e.g spa staircase to relaxation room, upper deck restaurant windows). The room was very hot, with no way to reduce it and pillows were very soft.

The hotel setting is picturesque with great spa and relaxation facilities. The upper deck restaurant food was wonderful with staff for dinner (Tony) and breakfast (Millie) being incredibly helpful and attentive. All staff were professional, polite and accommodating.

Spa area is quite small, a separate bar would be nice, room was either too hot or too cold but wasn't really a problem for us we just opened the window/turned the radiator on/off

Location is great, lovely views, 2 very good restaurants on site, lovely terrace, good bar with great cocktails, breakfast very good, rooms nice size with comfy beds, spa was nice but a bit small, lovely staff particularly in the Upper Deck and the bar, very clean everywhere.

Only tiny downside was the reliability of the wifi. Since we were not there to work it was not a problem, but could have been an issue with a business traveller.

Loved the extra room service of ice and a slice to go with the complimentary gin in the room. Spa and pool facilities were excellent, and all staff we had contact with knew their area and looked after us well.

For the larger guests, two large robes in the room would have been good instead of a large and small, but I'm very confident that had I not been too lazy to ask, that would have been sorted in minutes!!

The staff were really lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The complimentary G&T in the room was a lovely surprise and the food at dinner and breakfast FABULOUS!! We enjoyed the pool and steam room too. It was only an overnighter, but we packed a lot in and had a lovely walk along the sea front.
