The location was perfect for my school reunion stay over. The walled garden and out door area very good . Reception staff helpful. Parking great . Very good breakfast. Loved the milk and ice fridges

United KingdomDid not like the location of room, being situated outside of the hotel building. No phone in room for 24hr room service/reception, staff made no effort to rectify this. The dishes we tried over two nights in the onsite restaurant were both oily and bland. Twice my order was incorrect. During both a breakfast & dinner sitting, staff served me meat when I'm a vegetarian. The staff either blamed each other or gave no explanation at all. Inappropriate conversations had by the staff during dinner sitting on night two. The pool was closed during our visit, maintenance staff were uncommunicative and clueless.
Lovely rooms & bedding. Smart TVs excellent. Quality bathroom. Nice lighting. Overall very comfortable.

United KingdomThe first room was a family suite arrangement which had a connecting door. Unfortunately, noise from the young children transmitted through the door early the next morning . We were given another room, only to be woken at 06:30am, when the moveable walls beneath us were being moved ready for the day's conferences!
Excellent restaurant staff and super food. Friendly staff in the hotel. Our 1st room was super. Very large and comfortable. The second one wasn't so large but adequate. The restaurant was a relaxing place to be and we enjoyed the inner lounge with drinks by the fire afterwards(they turned off the piped music in there) The leisure pool was enjoyable along with the sauna and steam room. We also visited the gym.
