The hotel itself is lovely, very warm and cosy. As a solo traveler the room fit me just fine, and having a kitchenette at my disposal was priceless. The bed was very comfortable, some people may find it too small for 2. The neighborhood is also very quiet and friendly if traveling on your own.

We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and we had some surprise guests arrive for the event. I asked for the staff discretion and requested they decorate the room. We arrive to a beautifully decorated room and an exceptionally pleasant team. Victoria was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this hotel

A little tight in the room with 3 beds and the 3rd bed was a little short. Some more drawers in room and extra hooks for towels in bathroom and coats in room would be good.

The hotel is very nicely situated, near the tube but on a quiet street. The rooms are not large, but clean, well organized and very comfortable. We loved the little nook to make tea and coffee. Good soundproofing as well, we did not hear our neighbors at all.

At first I got an uncomfortable room (the layout), I asked and they changed. The room was very clean when I got it, but was not cleaned thoroughly during my stay (a week). Not enough sound isolation.

Everything was really clean, new: furniitures, microwave, refrigerador, coffe machine. High quality of Shampoo, soap. Strong water shower, clean bathroom. Televisão, telefone. The location is wonderful. It is near Earl Court sta. There are many option to eat or buy food negar the hotel. It is a safe place to stay. I traveled alone. Super nice staff. I strongly indicate the hotel and I definitely will stay there again when in London I loved the residente Kensington

Perhaps we had booked the small room but it was extremely small with walls around 3 sides of the bed. It somehow looked a bit bigger in the photos. Beds were comfortable and otherwise well decorated.

Terrific location one block from Earls Court Piccadilly line on the tube. It made for easy transfer from airport and to San Pancras. In a terrific area near South Kensington, plenty of places to eat and easy to get to London attractiions. The property was clean and decorated very nicely with nice lobby area. Rooms are clean and pleasant.
