We thought that muffins and chewy bars were strange things to have for breakfast, and cannot see the point of having a dining room if a proper breakfast is not provided. However, we were aware of this arrangement before we arrived, but booked this hotel because we were attending a relatives party, just down the road.

We liked the spacious bedroom and bathroom, and had a fantastic view from our bedroom window, looking out over Cheltenham and to the hills beyond. There was plenty of parking just outside the house. Our bedroom, the dining room and the lounge were clean and beautifully decorated.

The shower head wasn’t practical for wanting a shower without washing my hair as it faced down from the ceiling. The upholstery on the chair was a bit grubby. Fridge was a bit small.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, clear signs for rooms, spacious, light and airy, iron already in the room was handy, comfortable bed, extra heater if we needed it, comfortable temperature overall, plenty of mirrors, handy to have a fridge in the room.

However, there are a few issues: (1) The bed sheet and duvet cover wasn't fully clean, with some small stains - although it was acceptable; (2) No breakfast available; (3) Sound-proofing within the hotel isn't the best (e.g. between the room and the corridor); (4) (Applicable only for those driving electric car) The electric car charging cannot be left overnight, and the pricing was obscure

Overall a good stay over Easter. (1) Location was good for us as we drove, and were visiting the Cotswolds villages, and accessible to restaurants in Cheltenham (especially if you are driving); (2) Value for money is good; (3) Bathroom is really nice and clean; (4) Large and easily accessible car park; (5) Good and sound-proof windows

Everything! Ultra clean. Cosy and comfortable. Helpful and pleasant staff. Good facilities including fridge, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, complimentary bathroom toiletries, information folder, all included in our room. Located centrally for our visit to the area. Several restaurants, micro beer bar, cafes within a few minutes walk. Pick up and go breakfast snacks and coffee. Thank you! 😊

I liked the self-service on checking in and checking out.It allows efficiency and time saving. The bed was very comfortable and the the bathroom was right on spot ,very clean and very modern.

Worked out very quickly how to open the window. Miles from anywhere and no pedestrian signs so no good for hikers. Sweet muffins in a refrigerator. Fiddly key card if you have bad hands. Garden construction. Chain. Confused. Neither a pub stay nor a Travelodge/Premier/Hilton. New to me.

Beautiful. Safe. Honesty bar. Great staff. Honest co guests. Nice staircase and art. Didn't explore the other rooms but there are apparently themed ones.

If I was being extremely extremely picky I would say that the mattress was a little too soft for my liking but I did have a wonderful nights sleep.

Good pre stay communication and easy checking via the automated checking station to enter the premises. Beautiful period building with original floor gorgeous high ceilings lead to the rooms. Our room was on the top floor, beautifully painted with trendy decor, very clean and plenty of room with nice views over Cheltenham. Great nights sleep and free parking,

Lovely hotel with a good system in place for check-in, breakfast and checking out. Good parking and close to Cheltenham Town centre. Local shops, restaurants nearby if you want to stay closer to the hotel.
