You cannot open the window in any of the rooms, for safety reasons apparently. So the air was quite stuffy, unfortunately. Imagine how it is in the summer!

Couldn't see through our window. It was strangley blurred with condensation inside the window.

Location was excellent as we were attending a concert across the street. Breakfast was lovely. Beds were comfy. Couldn't hear any of the noise from outside which was fantastic as there was a concert on across the street.

The only bad thing was there was a leak in our room running down the wall , coming from the room upstairs.

room was great but biggest disadvantage was no mirror in room - only a mirror in the bathroom but poor lighting so doing my make up and hair was a nightmare plus we had a shower that didn't stay put due to the bracket being loose , my friends room next door was perfect though so guess we were unlucky (room 808) would definitely stay there again and ask for a different room

The building looks nothing like the pictures at all , rooms are very basic no frills at all but room was clean and functional.

Not really what we didn’t like. We just thought the place is looking a bit tired and dated. In need of a goo thorough refurbishment. I sure there are probably plans to do this.

Given a room right next to the lifft. Not idwal when travelling with a child. Cold room. Black mold on the ceiling. Cracks in the wall.

Only one pillow in the room. Safe not working. Hard to see out of window when it’s labelled as a room with a view. Bath panel hanging off. Bad parking facilities. Although alternative parking is close. Breakfast room staff unfriendly no interaction at all.

Room was advertised as deluxe king room with views. Not much in terms of deluxe. Room was tired, clearly a heater was installed, painted around the heater but not underneath it. Bed had just 1 pillow! Asked for another, was told not sure we have any, but they did find me one. Advertised as views, yet all the windows had a film on them, so unable to see out at all, hardly a view.

It didn't make a huge difference as we were only staying for 1 night, the shower head was broken. This would've been annoying if we were staying for longer.

The hotel was the perfect location as we came for a concert and the venue was opposite. I'd messaged ahead and asked for a lower floor room. This was actioned right away. I feel this was coincidental but the room was located at the back of the building which was lovely and quiet. I was with my 16 and 13 year old daughters so this was very appreciated.

I booked a higher level floor for a bit of a veiw of cardiff unfortunately when we opened the blinds im room the windows were frosted 😒 but didnt ruin my experience.

We went to cardiff for a concert in the utilita stadium this hotel is literally opposite. Perfect for getting back after the show ment we could wait till the crowds left and take a stroll back to our hotel. Check in was super speedy and liked that check out wasnt till 11 so didnt feel rushed, the room was a good size as was the bed. Tv you could log in to your netflix if u wanted to. Breakfast room was a good size not to busy with a decent buffet style breakfast, particularly liked that they supplied take away cups also so you could take a hot drink when you leave.

The only thing was the bed was a bit hard for me. That's just me.

Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean, good choice for breakfast, obviously extra payment for that.
