Nothing not to like about this hotel.

Lovely hotel the staff were extremely good and helpful. The food was great and very reasonable priced. Rooms were large and comfortable and very clean. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Nothing to not like. Thourouly enjoyable 2 nights stay.

Idea last stop on our 10day tour of Lewis and Harris. Particular mention to All the staff. Very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous and evening menu was varied and very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

The location was great - enroute of the Hebridean Way. Breakfast was very good though no fresh fruit available. The evening meals were varied, delicious, and reasonably priced. There was a dry covered area for our bikes. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was fantastic. Meals were delicious. They did our laundry for us and followed all our very specific requests. :-) We were in Scotland for 17 days and this was our favorite location out of 8 locations. We wished we were staying there longer.

A bit too expensive.

Big, comfortable room, nice modern bathroom, great food in the restaurant, breakfast variety okay. There is also a bar you can go to in the evening. Directly at the main road, so easy access.

My room was quite close to the reception / bar area and I could hear some music but I would not describe it as intrusive and it stopped at a reasonable time. I’m sure other rooms would be fine.

The property has a high quality feel. The furnishings are superb and overall there’s a comfortable feel. Food was excellent and well presented. Staff very friendly.

For some reason we had a handicap bathroom. We made it work but everything was low. Location wasn't quite what was expected but our fault for not understanding. The afternoon staff was not very helpful with our questions/confusion/needs. The same person at check in managed the bar and so service was slow.

There was a nice breakfast with a good selection. the morning staff was great. Room was large and clean, beds comfortable. Hotel is nice but thought it was expensive. If you wanted to stay on site, there was a bar and restaurant so you didn't have to leave if you didn't want to.

The occupant of the room above walked about most of the night that kept us awake.

No cleaning materials provided in the chalet and the decor was a bit bare, but we did call reception and they said that cleaning materials should have been provided and brought some over for us.

Spotless chalet and staff were very helpful. Location was nice as you could see the sea.

Other than missing breakfast because of circumstance, all was good.

Beautiful setting, lovely, clean, comfortable room. We really enjoyed our one night stay, shame our ferry departure was early; we had to leave at 5:30 am, we didn't get experience breakfast. But continental breakfast was available for those departing early.
