Due to my disability I did find stairs a challenge carrying hot drinks upstairs while also using a crutch. I WAS told about accessibility AND drinks only a available downstairs. ( No kettle in rooms) Hadn't anticipated challenge!! Plug sockets only on floor/ skirting board level and would not fit my charger due to being so close to floor level. Not told about time of 'breakfast room' opening!! ( Opened at 7-30- I had to leave at 8am) !!!Time not on booking site and WAS explained to about breakfast not provided but offered toast and hot drinks only. Small on-suite shower with poor water pressure. Late check-in time I believe too. Hard wooden chair to sit on. Owner ( ?) not asked time of leaving and not available at time of leaving. ( Or could of saved writing this review) !!!

Good location for shops and buses. Comfy bed. Friendly welcome. TV ok.

Would of liked to have tea or coffee in the room .But it wasent much of an issue going downstairs to get it .

Not a Biggy but a small shampoo/shower gel would of been handy as we did not bring any.

Friendly welcome, premises and our room nice and warm with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortably and facilities were fine for our 2 night stay. A fridge downstairs was also useful.

Shared toilets were very dirty and in close proximity to the bedroom - bad smells. Toast in the morning, but bread had been left out all night so was not apertizing. Showers were also very dirty.

Room very cold first thing in the morning. Shower took ridiculously long to warm up , even though there was a sign on the wall to warn us. Only saw owner once to let us in and show us to our room.

Great location. Room was nice, kind of strange layout though. Shower opposite a third bed, which could have been awkward had there been 3 of us.

The whole place was bit dirty and unfortunately there were some bedbugs in our room, we hoped we might get some refund because of that, which did not happen. The owner said he will take care so I hope all is well now. Since the accomodation is one of the cheapest places to stay at in this area then I guess you can say that the quality is okay for a budget stay.

The location is very nice. Also there is coffee and tea avaliable at all times and modest complimentary breakfast. The common areas were also quite nice.

I was in Room 1 which was a 4 bedroom (4 single beds) if you are going with friends on a small budget then it's a perfect option. I won't recomend for family trips. Good location 10 min walk to the beach. You can make a cup of tea, maybe toast in the morning downstairs, no kettle in the room.

Pillows were a bit 'lumpy'

The tea and coffee (and toast in the morning) were in a separate garden room, which was great, could have as much as you liked with REAL milk lol. Staff were very friendly.

Some decaff tea and coffee would have been nice, and some cereal in the morning Small niggle, kettle was kept full so had to boil whole kettle for one cup as no where to empty it even though there was top up water; not energy efficient.

Tea and coffee all laid on. Bed really comfy. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was help yourself.

Mattress was lumpy, door to the bathroom looks like a walk in closet so doesn't close on entryway, minimal privacy when showering or using toilet.

Close to the beach. About 5 minutes walk, staff was nice enough to let us check in at 9 in the evening since we didn't get to check in at 4 pm as was advertised on the site. Free coffee and toast. You get the bed and own shower and toilet.

The bed was a bit too firm and the pillows were too hard for my taste

Lovely location and the hotel has a lovely communal area downstairs with a garden you can sit out in.
