Everything was brilliant was a nice relaxing break with my friend ,staff are very polite and friendly and will definitely come back and would certainly recommend it to others .

Nothing really. Only thing was the snacks in the room were a little pricey & pretty hard to resist! It was a nice touch though given there is nothing in walking distance of the hotel.

Loved the facilities and that hotel guests could use without restriction that was fab. Spa was amazing and loved the hydropool 😀 breakfast was lovely and good choice of food, snacks etc for other meals. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

My wife came down with food poisoning after our meal in the restaurant. She had the chicken which had a sauce over it but when she got to the last bit with no sauce noticed it was pink and she was up sick through the night

Bar closed at 10.30pm .. no warning for last orders . Breakfast buffet was nice although wasn’t a massive amount of choice and the buffet wasn’t hot enough for me.

Lovely cosy feel to the hotel . Rooms were superb , big very clean and stylish. Gorgeous bathroom and we had a lovely view over the mountains. Real fires gave the hotel a lovely welcome as we arrived on a snowy winters night .

Very few towels in bathroom. Would have been nice to have bath robes available in room. Double bed was actually 2 singles hooked together with 2 single mattresses. A double mattress would have been preferable.

Stay was lovely and the hotel is lovely and would recommend to anyone, however some things could really be looked at - Badly stained carpet throughout the room made it feel less clean than perhaps it was - No lifts to rooms - help with luggage given, which is great, but that doesn't help for restricted mobility guests getting to and from rooms generally throughout stay - Would expect a mini bar in the room at this price! - TV was meant to be a smart tv and on arrival that was the case with all the usual tv apps and terrestrial freeview channels, all of which were meant to be available - netflix, prime, Disney etc but after first hour the only app that would work throughout the stay was Netflix, despite them all working initially - All of the public areas were exceptionally warm. The journey to the rooms passed the windows to the pool, was unbearable, it felt like a sauna. The cafe was a welcome release as it seemed to have aircon . Seems as though all public areas were being kept at the ambient temperature of an indoor leisure pool .

Room could have had extras like toiletries, magnifying mirror, tissues. Shower soaked the floor and was difficult to regulate. Meal in restaurant could have been tastier. Continental breakfast a bit sparse.

Staff were very friendly and spa was great. Breakfast was tasty. Barbara in reception gave me her make up mirror as there was no magnifying mirror in bathroom.
