There was a prostitute in the room next to me that kept me up all night. The reception staff sighed and said ‘she wasn’t supposed to be on your floor’ The reception staff sent me to another room (didn’t help with my luggage) and when I arrived at the other room there was a naked man, smoking drugs in the bed. They moved me to a third room (No help with luggage) and the lock was broken so every day after work I had to wait at reception for someone to be free to let me into me room. The WOFI didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. This was the case in both rooms I stayed in. I had an important interview and may now no longer have the job because I couldn’t connect (it states in all your literature that there is WiFi but the reception staff SHRUGGED and told me it wasn’t working)

Room was smelling smoke. I was woken up by the fire alarm, the other people staying in the hotel were very strange (police had to go there) and the parking was not included (I had to pay 10£ per day).

Staff and location are very nice, and the room was big.

The receptionist was very ignorant and rude ! it was a shame as all the rest of the staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

when we first arrived we were unable to get into our room as they had a fault in their keycard system. near the end of the stay the lift had a sign saying out of use and not working. we were on the second from top floor and had to struggle and take 2 trips with all our luggage down to the reception area to check out and as we got down to the bottom floor the second time, a couple said thes lifts were working the staff just hadn’t taken the sign off!!

good location, staff were nice. bed rooms were a bit dated but okay and good for price.

Firstly I had to go to the Reception 3 times to get a key that worked, in the end they changed my room. But I still had to get the key replaced twice because it just didn't work. The double bed was actually 2 singles shoved together. Id say the bed was as old as the hotel. but it worked more or less. When I went to bed, there were some very loud people with i think spanish accents. At one point I could hear a phone ring and it was on speakerphone, I could clearly hear the conversation that was a girl saying 'You can have to hour' and the Gentleman saying 'I can only afford one hour' It was clear that this hotel is being used for escort work. I could also hear from another room as I walked along the corridor they there was very loud bedroom activity taking place. OK this is a hotel it happens & I am no prude, but if this goes on then I'd rather they kept the noise down. Fortunately I had ear plugs with me. And this 'Office' next to my room they just talked so loudly.

The bedding and towels were clean. The room was very dated with round pin plug on the TV set, I didn't mind this 70s nostalgia and the bathroom was clean with hot running water. My initial thoughts were ok. The hotel had a car park but I feel parking should have been included in the price, but It was nice that there was one.

The staff were not chatty or very welcoming and it was not busy to warrant this. We were put on a row where people are isolating. The tv is shockingly old and could not get much reception on it. I would have loved a bath but it was not inviting in that bathroom. Very cold in usually when going to sleep. I was woken about 4:15 with load banging like someone hitting metal pipes, blokes yelling and fighting. I tried to phone the hotel but my phone cannot call premium numbers, my anxiety soaring I couldn’t walk to reception to tel anyone. Phones in the room would be good. I can imagine the hotel only attracting stag doos, somewhere for people to crash on a night out getting drunk.

Could not fault the cleanliness, room was spotless, smelt fresh, bedding was perfect white and every thing was super clean.

Rooms very shabby. Had to see the funny side to the 70s decorations. Very noisy on weekend during the night with roudy young people. Breakfast was ok buffet style all on a tea plate size plate. £10 a night to park so budget that into price of nights stay . Bar in hotel very overpriced

The staff telling me I didnt have a booking when I had a confirmation email on my phone

I booked the room online and when I got there to check in they said the booking wasnt there.

Heating wouldn't work. The rooms are inaccessible in a wheelchair. The lift is not nearly big enough for a wheelchair and another person. Shower gel is a dispenser on the wall which didn't work.

Really nice staff. Good breakfast buffet.

It looks nice when you walk in. Really pleased to see coat hangers in the room. Good amount of towels.

Room was very out dated & smelt of smoke from the previous person, ash blew in through the window when it was open. The Furniture was all stained and marked varnish was all peeled off. The Shower dribbled out it was useless. I felt uncomfortable staying here it felt extremely unhygienic, because of the state of the draws and TV unit.. We didnt unpack anything we lived our my suitcase.

The Reception/bar area was clean and tidy. Checking Out to get back home.
