I didn't see the Regent street from the room window. I'm not even sure if you can have so little windows in room like this. But I will always come back, but not on the sixth floor.

Nothing really! I travel around the world all the time (more than 1M airmiles to date) and there was not a thing wrong - every detail perfect and zero room for improvement. This is perfection in hotelerie hospitality!

The concierge was super-helpful all the way through! From reserving us a table at the exclusive French Brasserie Zédel at short notice (they advised no space for 4 months!), warm welcoming reception and very smooth departure - this is what world-class service looks like!

Our room had a wonderful view of Piccadilly Circus without hearing any of the street noise! The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent; the location is perfect for walking to West End theaters (the main reason for our trip). Lots of great places to eat close by. We had a fantastic breakfast every morning at the hotel with excellent service. Arturo went out of his way each time we visited to make sure we were taken care of - whether we were seated in his section or not! The hotel is beautiful and very secure. The gentleman at the doors were always kind and helpful, especially when we needed to be pointed in the right direction to where we were headed. Most nights we were out late at the theatre, and having an excellent late night menu for a late dinner in our room was perfect for us. All of the room service staff were wonderful. Everyone we spoke with at the front desk was kind and attentive and helpful. Overall - it was a wonderful 10 days in a lovely hotel in London!

The technology in the room (light control) was fiddly. It took a few days to figure out how to work them. The carerra marble floors in the bathrooms were clean but stained. We were in room 317 and noticed rust stains coming out of the tub faucet which made the tub look dirty.

The location was close to all major attractions. The hotel staff was exceptionally attentive but not intrusive.

The hospitality of the staff during the breakfast. Artful and his colleagues were so friendly and humorous! It made us a pleasant start of the day! The evening room service to check up water supply and tidy again our bedding make us feel warm. Especially my younger daughter brought a puppy with her. The staff placed the puppy in different gesture and beds look so cute and warmly when we got back every night. Due to our early flight ✈️, we couldn't make it to the breakfast. Unexpectedly the breakfast boxes and coffee/milk were delivered so early to our room, even before 👨‍🍳 chefs arrived. How did you make it happen? We will definitely stay here whenever coming back to London!
