The education level of the guests

It was dated but that's not the problem actually the person stranded us.Balls kicked to the doors and windows, loud music people smoke drugs..Bathroom without shower 😑 most off the appliance broken. We where for second time guests but sames the inter structure getting worse. I am sad.

The room was not clean or comfy.

Bed was a sofa for me and my partner and it was so in comfy. There were 2x single beds in room which were bit more comfy. The diver had dead skin come off it when I was putting the new sheets on. Kids had great fun on lovely beach which is 2 minute walk and with the evening entertainment they loved it.

We got given a key to our Room which we found that someone was alway their. Half of the attraction was closed due to being broken. The place books run down and not looked after. The room under the beds have cobwebs and we didn’t have a tv controller it didn’t work in the tv. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on, the all you eat breakfast was greasy and not alof to choose from especially for young children

Once we finally got a room 3rd time lucky it was alright. Nice quick walk to the beach

Not being able to use the indoor swimming pool as there was a big qué so I believe this should be done maybe by booking slots instead of making people waiting for their turn ?

For the money it was really worth it because its actually all you need when you go holidays.

Fix the broken things

Everything is Broken overgrown with weeds and and in bad condition like as if it was not restored for 30 years Beds broken impossible to sleep in bed linen never pre washed came in packets freshly delivered from china poliester cheapest Water in the indoor pool freezing and toilets and showers smelling of fish Dino park broken and closed 4 go carts to rent all rented in the morning so no chance Bouncy castle £3 in bad repair Restaurant look abandoned Honestly I never paid more for such a horrible stay

The beds are uncomfortable, the whole place could do with a deep clean and refurbish. The windows and doors were full of seagul poo and hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The food was basic

Full of dust had to clean it before we could put our things down. swimming pool was dirty, changing room shower flooded. Property is in desperate need of updating.

The only good thing about this property is its location.

Floor of property had not been cleaned. I walked around in bare feet, my soles were really dirty from walking in the chalet. Check in was poor, they didn't have a welcome pack for me or chalet number. All seemed very disorganised. The lady at main reception came across as rude and not the slightest hint of an apology considering how long they took to sort out the check in. Was expensive but I appreciate didn't use facilities. Bed and pillows soft and uncomfortable. Finally you have to pay for your electricity and that's not just the heating.

very dirty in public areas and the room, swimming pool queues, tried 3 times to get in and did not manage at all. went to go on the last day to find it was closed. very very disappointed.

Where to start!! Pontins was literally the worst holiday I ever booked. we checked out early next morning. loud, aggressive adults and children for neighbours. all around the resort saw similar or worse behaviour. ants in chalet, floors in chalet and around all park were filthy. public toilets were worst I have seen in a while. Pontins really went downhill, wish I had read the reviews first, they’re all true lol.

Chalet was very outdated and needed both cleaning and dedecorating. Floor was filthy and no mop and bucket to clean it yourself. One of the packs of bedding we were given was wet. Also had to pay for your own electric on a meter which wasn't advertised when booking.

Sorry but, also your toilets need extra care. What did we like.. not alot on site to be honest. Some staff are very lovely. Some I guess have had a long day.. which I get also... But, I did hear one guy moan at my son because his drink , he was t drinking was on the wooden bit of the 2p machine. Reason I mention it is he passed me and my daughter on the other one and didn't say anything. My boys said " they felt although he was meaner to kids, than adults"

Im not sure if this is just a summer holidays thing. But, there was a good load of people partying near us till late. Loud music etc... Now, I had no issues with that uno away on holiday. However, the fighting and arguing, shouting most the night till about 3 maybe even after that wasn't ok and not nice for a family to listen to.

Had no sleep because we were woke up several times by other guests shouting and swearing outside. Also saw a women attacked in the local convenience store.

The chalet was dirty and last residents rubbish was dotted around the place. Fellow residents were noisy with unruly children out playing until after 23.00! Lots of litter all around the site. In need of TLC.

Location was great, very close to the beach. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The entertainment was reasonable but kids fun time started late At 20.00, Bluecoats did their Best.

1. The floors were dirty. 2. The plates had dried food on them and had not Neen washed. 3. The wardrobes did not have any hanging rails for clothes, and one wardrobe did not have a door. 4. The duvets provided were winter weight and not suitable for the hot weather. 5. One of the curtains was hanging off the rail 6. Paint was peeling off the coving and the apartment needed redecorating

The fact that the go carts were not operational for the whole week that we were there . The dinasaur.park was a disappointment most had parts broken. The litter could have been cleared a lot quicker as it made everywhere look scruffy.
