The noise and the bed I'm not sure if is the right size as mentioned in the description. The bed wasn't extra large.

Even though it was clean , some areas of the room, such as the desk, had a lot of dust on. My partner, who has asthma, ended up getting a really bad cough and dust allergy. Also, lift is still not fixed!!!

Extra pillows this time , comfy beds, clean , nice staff , good location, water bottles, and biscuits in the rooms

The mattress was a little lumpy and the pillows had no integrity so sleep was not the best.

Clean room and friendly staff that helped with any requests. Parking was adequate and location of the hotel was good for access to the city centre.

My only complaint would be that the breakfast was not very fresh as it had obviously been out a little while.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating of my request for a quiet room due to travelling with my young Daughter. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast.

Rude receptionist staff member on arrival was disappointing, though the rest were very kind and were a pleasure to speak to.

Standard hotel room and was a good value for the money paid. Clean and good facilities.

Food items quite pricy and could have been better quality. Bacon at breakfast time was really tough and hard to cut. Fish n chips were average - batter overly fried. For the price we paid, much better quality available outside. Breakfast should have more cut fruit selection

Good location and bedroom. Costin from the restaurant area was very courteous and helpful. We stayed there for 6 days and he was always happy to help. Plenty of free car parking.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like apart from lift working but I was on 1st floor so no drama

£6 in an Uber to central Bham, clean hotel, Great value for money, and parking included

The lift wasn't working, but I do understand that things like these do happen No heating in the bathroom The Pillows were too soft.

The hotel was clean,quite the layout at the entrance, the staff, rooms, and the breakfast. The staff at the front desk were able to make some changes to suit my families needs

On arrival the check in was a little strained and the lifts were out of service so carrying belongings up several flights of stairs was annoying

We only had 1 very slim pillow each, we didn't realise until we'd got into bed. We couldn't find any spare bedding in the room so used our towels as bolsters! When I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning she was so apologetic - it was our fault really - she said they would have brought us more if we'd asked. It'll be first thing we check next time.

Lovely staff, nice and clean building and room. Well stocked bar and amazing breakfast - cold dishes beautifully presented and hot dishes all freshly cooked and replenished often. Good facilities in the room - TV, tea & coffee makings and an amazing shower! Free parking and a good view on the canal, a lovely hotel we'll use again.

I missed the coat hanger by the door and more shelves for cosmetics in the bathroom.

Comfortable rooms, lovely stuff, delicious breakfast, food in the restaurant was ok, great place to stay for a short business trip!

The lift was out of order. Even though I had been told I was on the 3rd floor and I didn't mind the walk it needs to be fixed for people that can't get there easily

It was my 2nd stay. The staff were friendly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and tidy.

Lift was broken, I saw people struggling carrying luggage to the 4th level, if the lift is broken they should have a member of staff helping guests with their luggage. Each room should have a spare blanket, small fridge, and a smart TV for guests to log on their own netflix and YouTube. Overall was great
