Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.

Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

눇I stayed with my family for 2 nights. It was the best deal I could have asked for. The owner couple was extremely friendly and forthcoming. I felt like being at home. Highly recommended to stay in Torquay. I will definitely return here with my family.

눉It might be worth mantioning that guests who prepare quiet night ask for a room to the rear of the property as the front ones can be a little noisy due to passing traffic
눇It's a lovely family run business with high quality of service, very friendly owners, tasty freshly made breakfast, which you had to preorder the night before. The hotel is conveniently located away from the busy city center and only few minutes from the beach. You can easily access the local tourists attractions.

눇Hotel/B&B located half way between Torquay and Paignton approx 25 mins walk each way to the center. Very clean and comfortable, good night's sleep with a tasty breakfast.

눉Slight noise from traffic when in room.
눇Parking easy in front of hotel, bedroom comfortable, nicely decorated, tea /coffee, biscuit, water bottle in room, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice soaps, shower worked well, delicious breakfast, fruit juice, cereal, choice of starters including prunes, yoghurt, grapefruit, then eggs bacon etc, toast, tea or coffee, choice of teas, beautiful garden, friendly service, two nice dogs, location 1 mile from Torquay centre, owners make a lot of effort.

눉The smell of Dogs . Being woken up at 12:30 by loud talking and a television until 03:00 then not being able to sleep because of it . Apparently it was performers from the Theatre in high spirits . I left that morning and came home even though I had paid for two nights one night was enough . I'm sure it's not always like it , I just happened to get unlucky .
눇Clean comfortable and good location . Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from .

눉The smell of cigarettes, no idea where it came from as is was not just a 'room smell' but more throughout the building.
