The rooms are too close together so when there are noisy guests (and there were last night) you can't sleep also the property needs refurbishment inside and out, tbh it reminds me of student accommodation, like I said the rooms were clean and the beds comfy but I wouldn't stay again

INTERNET DID NOT WORK!!!!😡 Ratty plastic sofa bed, with blanket over torn cover. Back propped against wall and collapsed flat when we sat on it! Kettle only worked with switch pressed down by finger. No bedside light.

The walls are very thin, I could audibly hear what the adjoining rooms were listening to on TV, could hear them talk, cough and burp. We tried 3 times to get the door codes texted to us, but the staff we were speaking to on the phone were very pleasant and helped us out.

Modern bathroom, my room had sliding doors as well as 3 windows and a windowsill. The room was well facilitied with a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and I could control the heating, open the windows etc. It's away from the main road (we stayed in the back building).

Very close to the railway line, everything is a bit tired and a few things were broken. Walls are very thin so I could hear other guests snoring. Woken up early by other guests using the communal bathrooms. Having to take your key with you every time you want to use the toilet is a pain.

The grounds look dated. .could do with a tidy up. . The bed wasnt very comfortable and no pillow protectors. . The towel was threadbare! Had proper seen better days! . . . . The worst thing is the train noise. .all throught the night and morning! You have to have a window open as room is hot, so noise was constant. . I did know when booking this may be a factor. . My window overlooked the main track. . The other guest nxt to me made alot of noise too around 7am, . . I felt abit vunerable ,but always kept my key and phone on me when going to the bathroom. . Location to Train Station amazing .only 2 min walk. The single room I had was cozy, nice size. .everything you would want. .fridge, microwave,sink, tea, coffee, window that opened. . 2 shared bathrooms right next to my room so easy access. . The instructions to get in were clear and easy. . T.v in room worked perfectly. . . Bathrooms were clean. .

Run down and dated , building isn’t desirable and the place needs to be maintained. Was expensive for what it was- I paid £450 for 3 room’s definitely not worth what I paid sadly. Floors stairs and beds creaked , a strong cigarette odour in the buildings , nothing comfortable about the place.

A place to put your head down , easy to access and the rooms are clean , in a nice area. The key pad wouldn’t work but staff were helpful. The rooms had a good layout. Shared bathrooms clean.

I chose the place because it was supposed to be located close to town, but I was not placed at that location. The outside of the place where I actually stayed looks run down. I actually did not believe that I had found the place until the person I called in the office insisted that I was the right place. I was working while on the trip, so I needed good working wifi, which was the only special request I had for the property. The wifi did not work one evening and when I called to find out why it was not working, the young man reminded me that the wifi is complimentary. I was not impressed with that response.

The bathrooms were kept clean and were a slightly dated version of what is reflected on the website. The wifi worked for the most part except for one night when it didn't. The persons in the office, when you call, were usually quite helpful. I was thankful that the bathrooms were cleaned daily as it was a stretch for me to share a bathroom with total strangers. I liked the fact that the towels were also changed daily.

Children’s toys outside, so I assumed I was in the wrong place. I would have preferred ensuite. Wet towel on the floor in bathroom. Woke up every two hours with peoples noise.

The bed sagged badly which wasn't good for my back. The TV sounds was problematic because every few minutes the volume went down to 0 ! It was hot in the room since there was just one window for ventilation. The window over looked the Cheltenham railway station so I had train noise late evening and early morning.

In the property we did not see anyone to ask questions or report problems. In fact, during the entire duration of our stay, other guests did smoke in their room and the smell was everywhere which was really annoying.

The room that was assigned to us was spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. We appreciated the presence of a fridge and of the sink. The bed was ok. However there was no area to place the pillows for a comfortable rest, there was a heating unit instead. Bathroom was very clean and functional.

I didn’t like how neighbours would run up and down at night & how I could hear some snoring next door like they was next to me. For me the four nights I stayed it was over price.

I had stayed 4 nights, the location was poor. The comfort was poor, the cleanliness was okay. Sometimes noisy at night time. The room had a kettle, microwave, fridge so these had come in handy. Seen the room keepers they were lovely.

We booked a double bed but it was just two single beds put together, the bathroom is a bit weird as its just a sliding glass door that's really squeaky
