We had been told prior to our visit that there was an event on both nights of our stay, meaning the restaurant was unavailable. We dined out the first night but were able to dine in on our 2nd night thanks to 2 members of staff.

The hotel was well maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff were pleasant and approachable. It was an easy walk into the centre of Harrogate

Shame there weren't bottles of water in the room

The breakfast was good, plenty of choice and nice you could go and help yourself. The location was about 10 mins walk to the centre and plenty of parking at the hotel. The room was clean and had a nice view.

The safety deposit book didn’t work which was unexpected, and the rooms could use more draw space. The breakfast service was really good but if you didn’t arrive early I found the plates and the breakfast were not hot.

The room was very pleasant with a view of the garden the bed very comfortable. I did think while the en-suite was good it was a little dated with minor things needing attention.

Loved the room. Spacious & nice to relax in. My 2 boys loved the room, as it has bunk beds & a huge bay window with a lovely view. Bathroom was clean & a decent size. Plenty of space in the main bedroom & access to Disney+, bbc iplayer etc on the TV. Breakfast was also very good. Great stay.

The lounge, bar and other ground floor areas had been refurbished and updated so looked lovely and had been decorated to a high standard. The bedroom however, seemed basic and in need of refurbishment/ decorating. It was clean enough but there was marks on a wall, some marks on the thin carpet and the bath panel was sticking out just a slight amount. The bed was comfortable enough but could feel some springs in it. Feels like should have gotten a better room for the price. I do really appreciate the staff leaving chocolates for my mother for her birthday and a glass of free Procecco on arrival. That was a nice touch.

Clean, comfortable. Dog friendly. Water and biscuits left for dogs at reception. There's a dog bed in the room with a toy for the dog to take home. Very nice touch.

Nothing I didn t lie. as it was a superb venue and the staff catered for all my needs in a very friendly manner.

I liked the room ,breakfast and location . I liked the location as it was near to the Hospital and the centre of Harrogate and I had to visit both.The breakfast selection was first class. I had a full English breakfast and the scrambled egg was the best I have ever tasted.

Good do with better lighting, particularly around the mirror. We would also have appreciated robes. Asked for some glasses in the room, delivery would have cost £5, which seems excessive and should be incorporated into standard care.

The TV remote for the room next door would randomly switch ours on / change our channels, we ended up switching it off at the wall to sleep. Pillows and bed were average, I found the room a bit cold but adjusting the heater didn't seem to do anything. You had to pay for parking each day.

A lovely hotel facing a park. 10-15 mins walk from the centre. Really lovely staff, well sized rooms. Excellent shower. Well equipped, good communication.

The location is perfect for exploring and shopping in Harrogate and all of the staff were cheerful and very helpful. We have stayed many times before and would definitely stay again.
