Finding 3 different codes for various doors might be a hassle if worried about getting phone out late at night if on your own. But I do understand why security is paramount - especially as there are permanent residents in the block. You feel very safe once in.

Booked as meeting friends in the City Centre for my birthday. An early check in was quickly sorted out for am extra, but reasonable charge. Lovely flat with larger than expected balcony considering it is a 1 bed. The bread, milk, tea bags etc were a nice touch as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only regret is not having longer to relax in it.

Communications were excellent and really helped with check-in. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The provison of bread milk and cereals was a real bonus, it made my stay so much easier. Thank you

The water pressure and temperature were intermittent.

There was a selection of cereals, bread, butter, jams and milk to cover breakfast. There was also ice in the freezer, alongside extra bread if we needed it. Teas and coffee were also provided. It’s a very spacious, warm flat for two people with secure parking. Close by were a lovely old pub, an Aldi supermarket and town is a five minute walk.

The pans, cutlery and crockery all had to be washed before use.

The pillow were rather firm is the only comment I could give and even then that's more of a personal preference.

When we arrived they had fantastic small touches such as milk in the fridge ceral, bread, butter and jam. We was not expecting this so it was great value for money. Only 5 minutes away from the town as well so fantastic location We booked this last minute panicking when our other abomination cancelled last minute the customer service was excellent and we manged to pay for an early check in as well so was very happy over all. Could not recommend enough!

Should install toilet roll holders in the bathroom. Fix dripping tap in the kitchen. Fix the loose toilet seats.

Nothing really. I didn't realise the apartment had extra rooms that were off limits for a solo stay before getting there. Didn't matter at all but could maybe let you know beforehand.

Everything you could need. Nice clean rooms, unexpectedly well stocked food which was really helpful. Even has a little balcony looking over the river. A few minutes walk into the centre.

This was a superb find , great communication from the owners , super location for where I needed to be . Very spacious well furnished and comfortable apartment , the complimentary breakfast items were a really kind touch and much appreciated .Cannot recommend highly enough for anyone visiting Chelmsford

Parking facilities,as I drove up in a mini bus and the majority of permanent residence were being very difficult even though I was parked in my allocated parking.

Apartment was of a very high standard ,very well equipped from kitchen utensils to wash room toiletries

.........the door code didn't work, and despite clear warnings to make sure you are in building No41 there are no numbers on the rear entrance doors so easy to walk in the wrong one - and the door codes are the same, so easy to walk into the wrong apartment after parking.

Tap in the kitchen was dripping and did take a while to run the bath . Nothing major, really to report. And on site it was checked in at 2 but has been changed to 3 now. Is there any checking in earlier?

The place was lovely . We used the apartment before. It's nice that breakfast is available too. Beds are very comfortable and situated close to places and walking distance to where we were going to. Will definitely use it again. I'm very happy.
