Facts I was told I can’t used my phone in the spa to speak too my sick mother who was in hospital while I witness other guest on their phone also certain guest was very loud I feel like maybe you guy should add up sign too let guest know not too used phone also tell guest no loud speaking

The hotel is a bit tired looking,and breakfast was dreadful… nothing working properly and not even warm.

Signage could have been better for the reception and also parking as we got a bit confused with the clock tower parking. Breakfast availability could have been slightly better as the first morning we went a bit later at 9:00 and was due to finish at 11 and there wasn’t as much as there was if you were to go early, however the breakfast was still lovely.

Really nice location with good facilities to eat and relax (The Pool). Staff were excellent. Overall a nice stay. It’s not far from the hotel to nice locations for things to do.

Room was fairly tatty and needs renewing, decorating . Couldnt close the windows. Asked for a gown to use to wealk to the pool, never arrived, so had to use my room towel. Asked for a VAT receipt and was told that as i had booked through Booking.com, they cpouldnt provide - now i dont know where i have to go to get this

The upgrade I payed for , from a king to a king deluxe was not worth the upgrade. We was told the upgrade is because of the view of the garden ! Unless I was stood at the windows all I could see what the balcony wall .

The food was spot on and the staff made that hotel . A young lad called Joe in the restaurant was amazing and we tipped him as he made our experience exceptional. Joe is an asset to the hotel and I’d be keeping him on as long as possible . That lad needs a pay rise !

The price of the taxis that service the hotel was extortionate. I would advise checking price before getting in.

Compact but well appointed bedroom (109). The building is old and decor slightly tired but all rooms were well equipped and comfortable. What stood out for us was the quality of the staff, from reception throughout the hotel. They were polite helpful and friendly and a credit to you. Breakfast was very good.

Hadn't been told about the limitations on children using the pool prior to arrival which was quite annoying as I had planned my trip around us using the pool before breakfast which I couldn't do.

Really comfy bed and pillows and excellent black- out curtains that helped my daughters get more sleep than usual when staying in a hotel. Breakfast was very tasty.

Not a dislike but a comment to manager. I don’t believe people who have visited the spa area should be allowed to sit in the bar area in a bathrobe with no footwear at all. People were trying to enjoy a drink and afternoon tea and I felt this was not appropriate. Thank you.

Room not as spacious as anticipated. Bit of a squeeze round bed . Toiletries supplied were minimal. 1 soap, 1 shampoo and 2 body lotions. Needed to ask at reception for soap

There Is no lift , so not good to travel with babies, prams, ect.. Room was ok but heating was not working . After reported it , it took 24h to fix it , not good knowing that we had a baby.

Booked 3 night half board. Two of the night the restaurant was open for dinner which the food was excellent. On the third night as it was Sunday we were told to eat in the bar and the menu would be the same. On arrival and seen the menu I thought I check to Wetherspoon and when the food arrived Wetherspoon food would have been better. Very disappointed

Initially the room provided to us was smelling like bleach then after reporting the concern they asked us to come back to reception area so that they can change the rooms. The changed room was provided which was at the end of the property and have to go through a long walk to reach the room.

House keeping staff was very kind and location is decent. Close to Lidl so convenient for any quick snacks etc
