Perfect location, lovely property, very clean and wanted for nothing

There was nothing we didn’t like about this apartment!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, it have everything we needed to enjoy our home from home break. The host even added in extras for our newborn baby like a baby bath. The hot tub was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The host was very friendly, welcoming and made sure we felt happy with everything right from booking the apartment to leaving.

The private entrance was used for cleaning equipment and (from memory is unlit) which makes for a rather cramped, dark entryway.

A sweet little owner-managed House apartment. The accommodation is spacious, well presented and a few minutes walk from Chester town centre. There was a wealth of facilities and gadgets available, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and well ordered.

On arrival we parked outside to unload our bags and go inside to get the key for the padlock on the car park. We returned to the car to find sticky tape on our windscreen which was hard to remove and our tyres had been let down. We believe it was people out of the finance building next door. This caused us a massive inconvenience but didn’t let it ruin our weekend.

This apartment has so many amenities you wouldn't expect. Cleaning products, cutlery, wine glasses, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, fridge freezer and a lovely touch was having ice in the freezer.

This is a very well located space so convenient for local transportation and entertainment. The space, fixtures and fittings were well appointed. The contact with Chester Aprtments were very attentive and approachable and ensured our stay was the best

Amazing location, brilliant set up for a family weekend stay. The facilities in the apartment were great and the jacuzzi was a lovely place to relax. Although it's close to a main road we couldn't hear the traffic at all! The host Paul was also so helpful and accommodating before and throughout our stay.

Fantastic apartment, centrally located. Set over 2 floors with a hot tub, parking short walk away, which was secure. Fab coffee machine, never seen one like it before in a holiday apartment. Absolutely everything you need. We moved an armchair from the landing to the living room, so we could face each other to talk, as the settee long and straight. Would highly recommend this apartment, and will be staying here again.

The location is great for getting in to Chester, it is also a short walk from the station or if you choose to drive there are parking spaces, the kitchen is very well equipped and has a really good coffee machine,the bedrooms are all a good size ,bathrooms are modern and everything was spotlessly clean , however I have to say that the best thing about our stay was the host Paul, who went so far above and beyond to the point of getting an air conditioning machine for us to use in the heatwave, allowing us to stay an extra night when we found ourselves stranded in Chester, and offering us help with anything we wanted, a magnificent host.

All details sent via email were concise and extensive. We booked at very short notice and Paul & his wife turned up to make sure we had everything we needed. This would especially be a good place for 2/3 couples as very spacious. Can't rate the place highly enough.

There are a lot of rules that get e-mailed after booking. We got the feeling the owners have had issues with guests in the past, but it did feel a bit much. There are cameras above the hot tub. We were made aware of this, but it's not ideal. Someone comes in everyday to check the hot tub. The owners did ask what time was best and the lady was lovely. But with the rules & cameras we felt we may be being checked on

The apartment is in a great location, quick walk into the city centre. Handy having the parking space (5min walk from apartment). Apartment very comfortable & has everything you need. Lovely big, fluffy towels and had some robes. You do need to bring your own towels for the hot tub. There were only 2 of us so we had lots of space. The hot tub was a lovely added extra, really hot. It's not as bubbly as most hot tubs, but maybe to keep the noise down? You cannot use after 10pm, due to noise issues but this wasn't an issue for us.

We wished the hot tub would have been bigger for us all to enjoy, but we know for next time the apartment below has the bigger hot tub.

ThereApartment was amazing, 3 bedrooms all king size beds ,one of the rooms also had an ensuite, then there was another bathroom with a double shower, then the living quarters above with sofa and open plan kitchen which had dinning table & chairs, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine cooker & hob. Then outside was a 3 person hot tub which was fab. Paul & Sally the owners were very nice and communicated well with us before our stay & also during. Welcome gift was left for us on arrival which I thought was a nice touch. Ideal location to walk into Chester not far at all, we also close to xmas markets. Would definitely stay here again either in the summer or to do Xmas markets again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay 6 friends together, it was great fantastic WOW.
