Car park 18 spaces for 22 room is not good because there is nowhere else to park all yellow lines so if you want to visit another area if you came of the car park you couldn’t get back on which was a worry

The disability room that we were given and the worry that it might also have been a "dog friendly" room. It felt a bit like a dorm room.

Location was exceptional. Loved the quirky, warm, comfy decor inside the reception as well as the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Our room, facing the carpark seemed to be a disability room which gave it a "hospital like" feel and had we been there for longer, I would have said something or asked to move rooms. However, overall, despite the room, I would definitely recommend it and certainly stay there again, (in another room) should I return to Bourton.

The car park was small but no real issues, we arrived early, so lucky to get a space, others were double parked.

I can’t really find fault in anything

The hotel was warm and cosy. In the heart of the village so location is excellent. Lovely bar and eating area, which served a lovely breakfast. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

On our last night we could hear the children/adults walking/running in the room above us. Thankfully they settled down for the night but started again in the morning. The WiFi and cell service struggled.

Location, decor, bed, water pressure and heat. The staff all of them were kind, friendly, helpful and professional The food delicious.

The property was clean, the guest room was large and well equipped, the restaurant had great food, the bar area with lounges and couches was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in a central location.

Restaurant a little small, even though we booked an evening meal we had to sit in the overspill area where pets are allowed which wasn't quite what we were expecting at evening dinner

Bed was a little bit firm for my taste. Unable to park in the hotel car park the first night.

Excellent room. Wi-Fi was good even though we were told it may be patchy. Cooked breakfast was great. Staff were always very helpful. The location could not be better. It is on a quiet street just a minutes walk to the main street.

The choice of draught beer, they only have one available, plenty of bottled choices however.

The location was perfect, they also had parking, a bit limited due to more rooms than spaces, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and very good local produce. I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Location of the hotel was ideal being in the centre of the town. Car park attached to hotel a real bonus as Bourton on the Water is a tourist destination so difficult to find parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good.
