Bed a little too firm. Previously stayed in a one bedroom apartment (3 weeks ago) and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also, apartment was on the 1st floor and we did experience some noise very early in the morning (6am).

Deluxe 2 bed riverview apartment very spacious with everything you need. Very clean and everything provided in the kitchen.

The dishwasher did not work properly, the glasses were left dirty. I told the house keeping and reception but no one was able to mend (= clean) the machine.

The location is great, it was quiet and clean and it is like home in a hotel. Much more comfortable than ordinary hotel.

It is both a good and bad thing that it was not located in the center of all the shopping for the majority of tours. But it is right next to the tower of London, and to the Thames.

The hotel was excellent for us traveling as a family, but it had a full kitchen as well as a small washer dryer. The rooms are also very spacious and clean.

Upon arrival our room was upgraded for my partners birthday, very kind :) A balloon and card signed by all the staff was in the room. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, we decided to extend our stay by 1 night and were given a great deal for the apartment we were in. Lovely and clean, great view over looking the river and tower bridge! Great location. Great experience and would definitely recommend and return. Thank you

Location is excellent and the apartment setting was perfect for our family of 4. Being right at the water taxi (uber) dock was amazing, and a super short walk to the tube station. Highly recommend.

There is no breakfast or restaurant at the hotel which may bother some. Since we knew when we booked it did not bother us, and there are plenty of cafés in the very same building which offered excellent selection at a very good price.

Got upgraded to a corner suite with marvelous views over the Tower Bridge. Staff very friendly and tried to meet all our requests.

I have no negative comments. Our entire experience was a positive one.

Great location immediately adjacent to the Tower of London. Very spacious, beautifully-appointed apartment with beautiful views. Excellent sound-proofing (for a good night’s sleep!) Staff were very attentive and helpful, without being intrusive. An excellent restaurant option downstairs at the riverside, and the water taxi (Uber-boat) docks right in front of the property.

Just very minor issue. When showering water leaks out onto the main toilet floor via the shower door and you end up with huge amount of water that need to be wiped using floor mat and other towels. Very annoying because you can't enjoy your hot shower when you know there will be a huge puddle of water outside. Maybe give the shower floor and walls proper cleaning. Apart from that we'll return again!

Great location and views of the Thames river, London Bridge and other attractions. Apartment is great. Nice, clean, quiet, secure and very comfortable. Literally next to the Tower of London! Daily service of the apartment ie daily change of towels and cleaning of the toilets and kitchen.

Excellent location accessible to the Tower Hill Underground Station service by the District and Circle lines.Extra clean and very comfortable units. The concierge and the front team where very attentive . Definitely will stay again.

Nothing - amazing hotel and staff.

Lovely staff. Amazing location. A few steps from the Thames Clipper. 2 mins walk to tube. 5 mins to St Katherines dock, Tower Bridge. 10 mins to Shad Thames. Views of Tower Bridge, the river (of course), HMS Belfast, the south bank, The Shard - beautiful!
