The drain in my apartment was a bit slow.

Very central, yet quiet. The property is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and always ready to help. Particularly,Miro… He’s super friendly,and readily available to help. He’s always wearing a smile at the lobby. The apartment had everything in it from washing machine,dishwasher,smart tv, etc

No elevator for our 1 bedroom apartment. We had two small kids and a stroller so it was incredibly annoying leaving/coming. The pack n plays for the kids were also of poor quality. No real mattress, only foam pads and one had a side that kept collapsing. On our last night, we also heard LOTS of noise from the apartment above us. It was very loud. We also had to call reception one night as we could smell smoke from the adjoining room. Apparently it was incense.. but still it smelled like cigarette smoke in our room and one of the kids beds was right by that door.

Great location. Heathrow express straight to paddington and then a short walk. Close to Hyde park, restaurants and coffee spots.

All was perfect excluding the fact that there is no hot water. The water was enough just for one person but we was 6 persons in one apartment. Otherwise the apartment was nice, with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, clean and comfortable.

Apartment was in the basement, no view, not Ebene the sky // the sleeping couch in the living room was “ok” for the youngest due to his light weight, but it wasn’t really comfortable and made a lot of noise when we turning in bed

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable which was annoying as the main bed was great, the apartment is smaller than the pictures show, also quite expensive for the size of apartment and don’t tell you till you’ve arrived that they take £300 deposit might make a dent in people’s travel plans

They allowed us to check in early which was great, location was excellent, complimentary coffee in reception, the apartment was clean

The room we rented is at the topmost floor (level 4), and only reachable via stairs from the 3rd floor.

Very nice location, just about 10 minutes walking distance from the Paddington station, and about 5 minutes walk to nearby Halal restaurants and shoplot. The apartment was spacious for 4 people, with 1 bed in a separate room and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The apartment was clean, and the staff came in everyday for cleaning. The front desk staff was friendly and gave nice suggestions. Overall, nice experience.

We selected this place for the washer/dryer and the air conditioning. The AC was a freestanding unit, so we had to keep the door to the balcony open (we were on the 1st floor, 2nd floor to Americans). Plus, it only cooled the main room and there were no fans. In addition, our departure was delayed by a few hours because the door of the washer/dryer (which DID NOT dry clothes, even after a total of 5 hours running time) got stuck and we were unable to retrieve the one load of clothes we had hoped to dry. As I mentioned, the staff was really good to us, and they made sure to get the problem solved so we could leave with all of our things. But the result was that we missed two of our stops and we're late to pick up our rental car.

The staff was AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. We had one major issue, and they were on top of it and worked really hard until it was all sorted. We were pretty close to Paddington Station, which meant we could get anywhere fairly easily, as well as another Underground stop and a bus stop all within 10 minutes walk (Google says 6-7, but I walk a bit slower than most).

1) sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep.on 2) on the first day upon entry the place smell of fish but they were quick to come and rectify the problem when requested 3) there was a lift malfunction on the last day but the staff Leon was very helpful to help us with our luggages.

Location was good: 1) very near various bus and tube stations e..g paddington, lancaster gate, bayswater and queesnway. 2) near halal eateries 3) near hyde park 4) quiet area There is a lift to upper floors Kitchen well equipped for cooking Cleaners clean the apartment daily and empty rubbish bins daily Staff, Leon, is super helpful and courteous.

The booking was as expeczted (great) so I can't think of anything that would make a meaningful improvement.

It is a building of small apartments with a front desk. Perfect for our needs. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. Location wmade it very easy to see the sights we had on our trip.
