Great apartments about 10 mins walk from the town. Perfect after going to see an event at the Concorde 2. We had the suite, which was spacious. Check in was easy, and there was plenty of street parking as the information said. I would stay here again.

Room 1 is a little to compact for a double and you can only access the bed from one side . The only downside to our stay .

Quiet location. Well stocked bathroom. Pleasant hand delivered breakfast from local bakery. Soundproofed room. Local shops, cafes, and bars within a stones throw from the property.

We struggled with the heating system. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the radiator off or down.. The fan in the room was a lifesaver!

Room was beautiful and within walking distance to central Brighton. The option of adding the parking permit was also amazing and we were able to find a spot right outside the hotel.

Wet room I didn’t like , everything got wet and was wet if you wanted to use the loo after showering, the shower wasn’t that hot for me. The room wasn’t luxurious but it was nice. Real milk would have been great touch.

Really nice accommodation for a good price, very nice wet room. Self check-in so you can arrive at any time and clear instructions on how to get in.

Parking was not as easy as described. We were lucky to find one remaining slot nearby. Tried to telephone to arrange a permit - left a message but no-one returned call. Would have liked to have been able to lock the door from inside as we went to bed as it is a coded door entry system. (Guess I'm old school) On Booking.com I requested to include breakfast..I've had another look and nowhere does it say breakfast is 4 sweet pastries each from a patisserie across the road that will be delivered to your room door at 8.30. Overcharged on my bank statement but that has been rectified after a phone call.

The temperature of the room. It was hot within the room, I did try to change the temperature but did not manage it so just kept a window open. I am sure if I phoned the owner they would have immediately assisted me but the fresh air was nice.

Great facilities and the little extra touches like filter coffee, ghd straighteners etc were a nice touch.

Everything was good. There was no information about where the iron and ironing board was, as far as I could tell, which was a minor inconvenience.

Lovely clean modern room at the quieter end of Kemptown. I enjoyed the little touches like breakfast croissants delivered to door and proper coffee with caffeteiere.

plenty of stairs to go up but was manageable for me although im in my late sixties but that would not deter me from using again

Bathroom was narrow room - it's difficult for someone with broad shoulders to fit into the bath or even to get on the toilet.

Nice decor and really good hot drinks in room including mini cafetiere with ground coffee. Good system of locks allows guests to arrive and leave at convenient times.

Gavin and his sons were very helpful, the room wasn’t particularly clean, lots of dust present on the bedside lights and especially the chandelier which I’m guessing has never been touched ! As this was a luxury room a heated towel rail would have been good and more towels and proper milk !

Just that the king bed is two singles together, which can be uncomfortable when sleeping as a couple, depending on how close you want to sleep!
