The room was quiet and bright with a nice, big window overlooking the street. There is a fridge, a large TV and there is plenty of space, especially for a central London hotel. The room is incredibly clean and the beds are comfortable - a bonus that the air conditioning is very easy to use. The location is fantastic - 20 minute tube ride from Paddington and across the street from a nice pub, plenty of restaurants close by and a Tesco Express around the corner. The staff are friendly and welcoming but leave you to it, which I really like. This is my third stay at this hotel so I must like it!

There is no breakfast available on site, but this is mitigated by free coffees in the reception, and a selection of muffins if you get there early.

An excellent location for this aparthotel. The rooms were huge, with well equipped bathrooms and were very clean. We were able to walk to most of the tourist destinations in London. The area is full of cafes and restaurants, and it has great connections with three popular tube stations in short walking distance (farringdon, Barbican and Old Street). The access to the iconic Barbican development and theatre were great.

The air con seemed to have a mind of its own and generally didn’t work when needed - red hot over night and freezing on a morning. Restaurant being refurbished so no breakfast option. Lobby therefore very small. Noise from other rooms quite noticeable.

Excellent location, spitting distance from Barbican Tube, just a couple of stops from Kings Cross and easy to get all over London. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff who went above and beyond. Soundproofing is amazing, it’s next to a city road but you can’t hear any of London’s usual background buzz.

Glazing isn't thick enough to cut out all the noise. The way that two rooms have a shared landing means that the doors pull when the other room shuts their door which is a bit noisy

Nice big comfy bed and bathroom. Great facilities with the kettle, fridge, microwave, etc. staff were nice.

Incredibly noisy neighbours playing loud music and being generally loud upon our return to the hotel. Staff moved our room to a twin room after asking them to keep the noise down. The replacement room was really nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. Great staff and hotel, just a bad experience on this occasion with rude guests.

Staff were truly excellent. Really helpful. Very Welcoming. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location right next to the Barbican was great for me.
