Cant think of any faults with my stay.

Lots of options for breakfast / Dining room very clean. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Happy to help at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower room great. No sign of hairdryer but Im sure if asked there would be one supplied.

The walls between rooms weren't soundproof, but they did mute it ok. That's not even bad, just on par with expectations, everything else was great.

The minimum standard was very high like you see in most franchise style rooms. Cleanliness was perfect, modern and welcoming. They also had those extra touches of personal competence that comes from a privately run very nice b&b. A free breakfast even with gluten free options, a small bar and social areas, friendly staff that make you feel like a visitor rather than one of a faceless horde of travellers. All of this with a price that makes you worry it's too cheap and fantastic road access that makes it easy to find.

Bath towels are rather basic and not luxurious, but presumably some people would nick them so its understandable. Car park being kept tidy from litter would give a better first impression.

Unfortunately we did not really like the £50 deposit, we have never experienced this before and we where a little dubious, it came to us checking out and the deposit was charged back to my husbands card that it was paid from, however, we were informed it would take 24 hours and 48 hours later it still had t been refunded, it took a call and another wait of nearly 24 hours for the £50 to be refunded back into the card.

The property was very well signposted, good car parking facilities and check in from 2pm is nice. Greeted by a lovely lady, who checked us in and gave us our keys. Our room was on the first floor with 1 flight of stairs, couldn’t see a lift but we didn’t need it anyway. Room was nicely decorated with en suite bathroom, lovely shower. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a very good sleep and was a big enough bed ( we aren’t tiny people!) The room had a decent size tv on the wall facing the bed, a double wardrobe, desk with room to get ready and tea and coffee facilities. I did really like that it had a floor length mirror! Breakfast on a weekday is from 7am to 9am and has a varied selection of cereals and juices however, the full English is very small, looked like it had been under the lights in the kitchen for a while and didn’t leave slot to the imagination.

Shower cubicle was tiny.

Liked the big mugs in the room as part of the tea making facilities. Room was spotless. Shower was powerful. Breakfast staff were lovely, and efficient too.

I had a bit of difficulty in working out how to lock the room when I went out, but eventually worked it out. The shower was "in the bath" so not ideal if someone has limited mobility and has to climb over the side to get in... the shower could have been more powerful.

Breakfast was excellent, served with a smile and an apology for not having any hash browns or black pudding! Not sure where they would have fitted on the plate if they had been available. The room was simple but warm and I slept well. Adequate car parking, but a little cramped when the hotel is fully booked although there is space on the road running alongside the building.

Everything was good and great parking.

Went down with friends to pick up a motorbike nearby. Just wanted something cheap for a night. We'll we certainly got that.great price, breakfast included what we didn't expect was a really great wee hotel. Staff are amazing, place is spotless. It is modern inside great en suite toilet with fab shower. The bed is so comfortable with 4 comfortable pillows. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful . The hotel is located a short walk from some decent places to eat. Was in my room chilling for 7pm as I couldn't resist. What a great find.

Place was super up together as its going through a massive refurbishment. Staff were really friendly and it was a good breakfast.

Very nice accommodation and clean. The staff were very helpful, the lady who was at reception when we arrived gave us some suggestions on where to eat and was happy to serve us drinks from the bar when we got back even though it was after their normal closing time. We had an early start the following morning and the staff prepared us some sandwiches to take away with us as it was before breakfast. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

It is quite a walk into Preston!

Woken up at 3am by very noisy guests, loud music and singing went on until 6am and no night staff to ask them to calm it down.

Free onsite parking is great. The hotel is bright and spotlessly clean, staff are great and bed really comfortable. Breakfast is good too.

Shower drain was very slow to drain so had to shower quickly.

Room was fine, good value for money. Didn’t stay for breakfast as started work before serving time. Kettle and coffee in room so no issue. Stayed in single room and no issues with noise. Hotel felt very secure as main door locked at all times.
