I was given one of the rooms that was next to the entrance. Therefore, there was a lot of noise very early and the fire alarm went off 3 times, mistakenly.

The room was very clean and modern and decoration was inspiring. Very happy that they gave the key to the front door as well as the room.

The room is very small, I didn't expect that. It's difficult to turn around in the bathroom, you can't keep your things there if you are traveling not alone, because there's no place for two! Extremely small, I had never experienced smth like this somewhere else.

The hotel is quite central, near Paddington station. The room was warm.

Only stairs access to rooms which is okay for couples could be tricky for families. Our room on the 4th floor was extremely hot but fan provided helped. Bathroom small but did the job.

Loved how close it was to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, especially during the festive period. Extremely close to a range of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Made it extremely easy to get around and visit every part of London. Rooms are small but comfortable with mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. Bathroom a little on the small side but shower pressure and heat was fine. Brilliant space just to use as a base for sleep and go.

Heating and hot water didn't work properly during our stay. Room was on the basement level, quite a lot of noise coming in.

Description of the hotel said that breakfast was included in the price and you could even see photos of breakfast served in the archive but that is not the case. NO breakfast is included in the price which was quite a surprise. Floor was not as clean ad we expected. Our sons trousers were full of dirt after playing on the floor.

Great location, easy to get to Heathrow and good starting point for sightseeing. Easy to communicate with the staff, we were able to switch rooms since we had a toddler and were able to leave the stroller in the hall so we had more space in the room.

The room decor was tired, marks and scuffs on the walls, nothing that can't be resolved with a lick of paint. The metal chair was rusty, the sheets with bleach stains. Otherwise clean

the rooms could do with a bit of renovation and fresh paint, however they looked clean and looked after. there's not much storage space in the room which is a little difficult especially in the winter with big coats but these are minor things and can be dealt with. the TVs could definitely be bigger for some evening relaxation.

the location of the hotel is great, with easy access to other areas of london, and many methods of public transport available to use. Bonus points to the hotel for having fridges in the room, this made it very easy for us to store our food/snacks/drinks in. The cleaners were very discrete, only coming into the room when they knew we weren't in and the room. The hotel was quiet with a good soundproofing so we weren't disturbed by other guests or traffic despite having our room on the ground floor next to the front door.

Radiator not working so the room was cold all night. Staff mohammed gave us a small fan heater to use instead. Tv remote was not working properly
