The air conditioning didn't seem to be very effective but it wasn't a big deal as it was only April and not particularly warm

Great location near St Paul's cathedral. Easy walk to many tube stations and a lovely walk over the bridge to the Tate Modern. The Room was big by London standards and even had a kitchenette. Bright and clean and with a comfy bed. There was an iron and ironing board available which is great before going to a meeting after a long journey.

It looks like the hotel was recently renovated and had a strong smell of chemicals outside of the room, I'm not sure if it was something on the carpet or just the paint/ wall paper. It was only in the corridors, so not much of a problem. Have that in mind in case you are allergic.

The location is central, but not super busy. The rooms are brand new, with comfortable beds, and great showers. The lighting is well designed, with comfortable scenarios, master off near the bed, and subtle details appreciated by architects. Because of the location, I decided to have breakfast outside of the hotel, which was great since there are many options right across the street.

I hadn't realised the hotel is being refurbished and the Club Lounge was really small (although the complimentary drinks were really appreciated!) I am sure it will be brilliant once the original lounge is available again.

I was in one of the refurbished rooms and my room was lovely. The decor is really tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. A really nice stay.

£50 additional deposit held from check-in until 2 days after check-out. Not sure why this is necessary. Don't see the point of automated check-in if reception staff need to be there to guide you through it anyway. Never received room number text. Another guest knocked on our door looking for someone else. Staff must have knocked on someone else's door with our requested tea supplies because they definitely didn't knock on ours. Need a small window that opens to allow fresh air in. Room quite small for cost - paying for the location.

Good stay overall. Amazing location. Nice building. Friendly reception staff. Clean, comfortable room with good bathroom facilities and great TV. Wonderful little tea/coffee unit.

Lots of tour buses right outside the door so if your room is on the street side then it is noisy, you do get approached on a regular basis about taking these tours, after a couple of days it is tiring on saying 'no thank you'.

The hotel blocked the amount of 367.56 euros on the card on departure - I don't know why? They did not respond to my messages regarding the blocked amount, they released the amount after 7 days. It made my overall stay feeling uncomfortable. In one of the rooms we had booked it was very cold, the heating was not working, a technician came to look at it, said it was Ok and left. It didn't work.It was very cold in the room There was no extra bed ready on arrival, there were no towels in the room, After reporting, they prepared the bed and towels

Since this was not the first time we had been to the hotel, the room this time was quite small compared with the previous time. It has the minifridge, as needed, but I missed the sink from the last studio-style room we'd got.

It is an excellent hotel because it is really pet friendly. This time, they had a door sign to encourage the staff to knock on the door before attempting to enter due to the room having four-paw guests. I think that was adorable, and it was a great addition to the service. Usually, I keep the "don't disturb" door sign on to make sure nobody will enter the room to not disturb my cat. The shower products are very good. The staff are really nice and helpful.

Noisy AC (even when turned off) and we had a problem with the bathroom ceiling which was not stable enough. The cleaning of rooms was optional (express or in depth) but a small word at reception was necessary.

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps getting me to pay £12 for posting my charger (which I had forgotten in the room upon checking out) could have been done as a gesture or goodwill especially as I was a first time guest.

Location, proximity to St Pauls, the City, LSE, the river, ThamesLink, access to tube and Elizabeth Line, restaurants and bars. Helpful staff. They pointed me to the business lounge and offered coffee etc when I reached the hotel early. The hotel promptly sent me my charger after i left it behind

We were given an accessible room with a walk-in shower as opposed to bath/shower and bathroom floor became very wet as small tile ridge did not stop water from spreading - and shower ran cold for 5 minutes before warmer water eventually came through.

Location great, very close to St Paul's and accessible for travel arrangements, staff friendly, have stayed here on previous visits to London.

Breakfast was poor, didn't expect that. TV wasn't located in the best place, but we could see why. No view of the cathedral from the window (I asked for it and hoped to get it).

The shower! It was perfect. Great location. Bed was quite alright. Staff were lovely.
