Room was very small, tv was the size of a postage stamp! Toilet smelt of sewage. And I think £5 per suit case for storage was ludicrous!

Really tight space and outdated room, the mattresses were not great.

Staff was so accommodating and really really nice. Close to train and had easy access to food nearby.

Size of the room was a joke. Converted from 1 room into at least 2, maybe 3. Costed nearly £400 for 2 nights. Looked nothing like the room advertised on the website. Wallpaper split and coming away

The noise of the lift was unacceptable - it was so noisy when in the room that when we getting off to sleep it would wake you up. Had I have had knowledge of this I would have looked at a different property.

Needed heat for both room and bathroom. Needed elevator to our floor. Wished the floors weren't so loud overhead. A table lamp would help.

No heat in our room, they gave a electric heater then the bathroom remain very cold. Elevators stopped at 3rd floor. So much noise above us. Only 1 main light, no way to dim. Toilet issues for flushing

The room was out the back in a court yard with insufficient lighting at night. The bed were clean but the toilet/shower room needed some work. All the grouting was dirty, the shower door once closed had no handle on the inside and needed someone else to open it. One of the lights in the sleeping area was coming out of the socket.

Very dated, room tiny, I couldn’t use the dressing table as there was no room to manoeuvre between the bed. Kept awake at night for 2.5 hrs with other guests partying.

Fantastic location to access tube station and to use as a base.

Rooms are too tiny with not enough heater. We almost froze in our beds and for 2 night we were given the least room at the facility, the room was probably in a go down! , not sure because from the reception we had to take a lift down wards, our room was not safe, the second door was not locked we had to ask the stuff to help us The bathroom too tight. The general manager was not friendly.

The assistant manager was so kind, after extending for 2 more nights, he upgraded us to a better room with bigger beds and much warmer at no extra costs. Both the black lady and black man were so kind to us, very hospitable. The man was always smiling.

the wifi is very bad wont even let you finish a youtube video and it disconnects like more than 3 times in minutes

Everything was dated and staff didn’t Appeared to have had some training and did struggled a lot I had to wait a long time to get simple key to go up and at the time of leaving, same the guy didn’t find me on their own system at first

Stairs to get to the floor we were on. The lift only went to the 3rd floor and then stairs afterwards however the staff were very accommodating and helped with that.

The location was good. The staff were amazing. Helped take the luggage up and down the stairs.

Most of the bedrooms are ridiculously small, NO minibar which for me is a must, once you get late and cannot even have a refreshing water. Bedrooms are like a bunker underground, didn’t really enjoy the feeling. Our initial given rooms were SO small our luggage didn’t fit. in. We asked for a change and staff was kindly enough to put us on a more spacious room. Staff was very kind. But for the same value I believe we can get a better place for next stay in London.

Room was tiny and dirty, especially bathroom - a lot of mold everywhere. Cleaning staff didn't care anyhow to make it clean. Once we left our wet stuff on the floor to get fresh ones, we got the same, just put together. Beds were kind a comfy and at least clean.

The location of the hotel is really great. Just 3 minutes by feet away from Underground. Next to the hotel are nice restaurants, cafés, fast food, grocery stores as well as pharmacy. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was equipped in hairdryer, heater and electric kettle. We have had multiple teas, coffees as well as soap, shampoo, shower gel etc. I need to add I have booked the hotel when the rating was over 7,5...
