There was nothing that we didn’t like it met all our needs for a night away

How friendly staff were How comfortable the apartment was and very spacious for all of us, we ended up needing late check out and staff were lovely about it and nothing but kindness from them

Location was brilliant. Only a short taxi ride to the city centre, train station etc. Apartments were spotless and getting extra towels & toiletries wasn't a problem. Check in was very easy and staff were friendly. These apartments suited us great.

Could have done with a coffee maker in the apartment. Also at 7 am were woken by drunken guests from another apartment banging on door, assume they were not strangers off street that had broken in.

There was loads of space, location is great. Loads of restaurants in the area. There is a Tesco next door. There is secure parking in the basement.

We had the most amazing stay, apartment was extremely clean and very well located with free underground parking. The staff were easy to deal with. The apartment had a nice skyline view of Belfast, which the kids loved. We will book again when in Belfast.

Lisburn Street is very noisy /busy street .

Very good location, parking included as well ,can walk to restaurants and pubs and the football stadium is near as well.Excellent for a family

The staff are amazing! They are so nice and let us check in 3 hours early. The place is nice and clean 2 bathrooms in the apartment . Shops downstairs and you can get all you need. Free Basement car park . We will definitely come back again!

Slept in and called to say we had just woke up and didn’t mind having to pay a late fee but the member of staff was quite rude but the lady that greeted us for late check in went above and beyond to accommodate us to our needs due to our late arrival which was out of our control. She is an asset to the company and also a service with a smile on arrival.

The view was amazing and staff were great helped me with making sure I had facilities that met my needs as I have motility issues. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Every thing was supplied and only had to take food for breakfast to cook plates , cutlery, pots pans and utensils supplied. Washing machine available and a dishwasher also. My room was ensuite and a bedroom also with a separate bathroom. Iron and ironing board supplied . A very comfortable stay.

The apartment was bright, spacious, modern, quiet and really clean. The location was really close to Belfast centre. The Tesco next door was really handy and there were lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

I have stayed here multiple times in the past with no issues. This time tho I Was charged a 100 pound deposit and now have to wait 3to5 days for the money to be released back into my account.

Location is absolutely perfect and the underground car park is a great bonus. Apartments are very spacious. WILL stay again soon. It's probably the best value in Belfast. Tesco is right beside you and there's plenty of bars and restaurants all around the property.

Our first night we arrived, we quickly realized the central heating wasn't working. Fitz from Cordia Apartments came to assist us, and eventually, we had to be moved to another apartment. After a day of traveling with a toddler, this was not fun and we were exhausted, but very grateful for the quick help and to be moved to a different apartment with central heating. Unfortunately the floors in the second apartment were not clean and so we were literally walking dirt from one room to another. One of the staff came to assist and washed the floors, which was much appreciated, but that apartment definitely needs a deep clean because there is some sort of residue on the floors that is still on our socks. Other recommendation: there are two frosted windows in the kitchen of the apartment (no. 23) which face the hallway. This was a nice touch, until you are trying to sleep at night on the sofa bed in the lounge and the automatic light keeps going on anytime someone walks in the hallway. The lights then stay on for a good 5-10 minutes, which is very disturbing for someone trying to sleep. I highly recommend putting in black out blinds or something on those windows.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, very friendly and helpful staff. Shops downstairs and tons of places to eat within a 2 minute walking distance. It's a really amazing apartment and I highly recommend it. Even though we had some hiccups, the staff were great, and I would definitely return. Plus, everyone was super friendly to our dog, Luna, and she loved the experience!

Didn't get much sleep due to the traffic noise from the road outside. We were at front of building.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Everything you need was there. Reception Staff very professional, pleasant and very helpful.
