It was not suited for my party. The accommodation was more for young kids and young parents. We had a 67 year old and a 74 year old. The pull down bed was too heavy for us to manage. The upstairs was basically mattresses on the floor so again not suitable for the age group

If you left a window open you’d be inundated with swarms of flies. Wifi was awful, would cut you off even in the middle of doing something!

The pod could have done with having some blackout curtains, they were very light which led to an early wake up call. The beds were not the most comfortable, we took sleeping bags but I’d recommend taking a full bedding set with you.

The glamping pod was awesome! The shower / toilet block was really clean and modern. The kids playpark was ideal! We could enjoy a couple of drinks in the sunshine while the kids played. Discovered the water was off in the middle of the night at toilets, I contacted the facilities team and they had it fixed so quickly, we were really impressed.

Everything was great apart from the bar not being open Tuesday Wednesday this was a real disappointment to us and can't believe In high season the bar was closed . everything else fantastic.oh fridge far to small all our food was frozen next morning

Only gripe is there is a lack of staff when you need something out of weekend and there were kitchen items not available (frying pans, colanders, oven dishes) even though there is a great kitchen to be used. I think this will be remedied; just teething problems.

Very clean brand new 'pod' which is more like a chalet. Lovely view and fabulous walks around the area. The pub nearby had absolutely gorgeous food too.

The caravan that i was in was spotless the caravan had everything you needed. Bedding microwave full size fridge freezer toaster welcome packet with tea coffee sugar etc. It’s a good place to go to if you want peace and quiet. The surrounding where the caravan was was lovely. I would recommend this to anyone who just want to have a nice quiet and peaceful holiday the only thing is you need to have a car

Beautiful hut ,very clean there is everything what you need but there was no toi much attraction just a river.

The hut was very cozy and confortable. It was also very spacious. The bathrooms were clean and sanitary. There was a lot of facilities (washing machine, drier, fridge ect..) the area was also very peaceful. Staff was very helpful.

We asked to check in before 4 as it seemed a bit late to check in as time we got to pod it was dinner then a quick play ans bedtime for kids our early check was rejected, we got an email on way to tell us we also needed bedding so I called and it was costing £60! I just went to tesco bought my own asked if we could upgrade to something with wc and bedding to be told park was fully booked but on a walk round the park later on it seemed there was intact at least 2 empty pods caravan that we could have upgraded to

That the bar wasn't open on the tuesday. The bar man made us feel really welcome on monday , we wished it was open on the tuesday too.

The outdoor seating faced an expanse of mud and a pond that appeared to be in the process of being removed or just neglected, not sure. A section of the water was concealed by lots of reeds which covered a drop, somewhat concerning to find my 3 yr old stood at the edge.

Location surrounded by beautiful countryside was amazing.

We would have liked a later checkout. However, we understood that this was needed as a thorough clean could be carried out due to covid regulations.

The size of the s-pod was fantastic with great amenities! The view was also beautiful. We loved sitting out in the morning with a coffee on the decking.
