Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe dining options were better than I expected, but not as good as pricey they were. There were also some old-looking brown stains on the carpet, which slightly detracted from the overall feel of the cleanliness. Additionally, while the mini gym offered some amenities, such as basic equipment, I believe the addition of a pull-up bar would go a long way, considering its affordability and minimal space requirement.
I enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn and would recommend it. The staff members were exceptionally polite, and the room was both spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Staff were absolutely second to none, really attentive and caring! Room was large with two beds and an armchair as well as a vanity, TV and wardrobe. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was varied and tasty, especially liked the option to have eggs to order. Comfortable night's stay!
