The room was mostly quite cold as heating was hardly on however the bathroom temperature was perfect. Would have loved for you to do evening meals

Stayed in room 304, only gripe was that the curtain didn't quite block out the very bright light in the morning. A fridge in the room would be fabulous!

Radiator in the bathroom was pretty hot, enough to heat the whole accomodation. Remember to turn off in good time or it's a little bit too warm to sleep, failing that, open the window 🙂

Clean, modern and 2 mins walk in either direction, to find loads to do. Pub n restaurants in either direction. Breakfast in a glass fronted facade, overlooking trees, a rugby match and the lake in the backdrop. Excellent buffet breakfast with takeout coffees if wanted. Comfy room, bed, good facilities and friendly staff. We will be using this hotel again, couldn't have needed more.

I booked the hotel as a little weekend away as a 70th birthday present for my mum. The hotel was absolutely fabulous 👌 the decor is beautiful 😍 and the outdoor terrace over looking some great views we enjoyed immensely. The custome service was excellent! Especially the lady on the front desk who checked us in and throughout our stay couldn't do enough for us ! She was fantastic! The breakfast was very good ! Just what we needed before a day of adventuring ! Definitely will be booking again soon !

The hotel setting was lovely and the breakfast and restaurant area was clean and well organised with a lovely view. The breakfast menu was excellent with a variety, catering for everyone. The room was clean and very comfortable with all amenities needed.

Don’t be off put by the exterior signage/flags. Only thing I could fault was the initial perception this gave.

Fantastic establishment, staff were all extremely friendly and went above and beyond for us over our short stay. Couldn’t have been happier with this hotel, what a beautiful building, breakfast was lovely and the views even better!

The lack of a restaurant for evening meals was disappointing. Particularly so as the weather wS mostly lousy and we had to walk out in the rain each evening for something to eat.

the carpets in the communal carpeted areas needs cleaning

The location was good, a 10 minute walk to lake Windemere. The restaurant and downstairs areas of the hotel was modern and a lovely environment to be in. The stairs and halls which were carpeted needed attention. The carpets were very dirty. The room was small but adequate. The bathroom was modern and the towels were really good quality. The breakfast was amazing. Overall staying at the Craig Manor was good

There were a couple of things that needed sorting in the room, wallpaper peeling and cover on drawers. The shower screen doesn't cover the whole shower tray, so the floor gets wet. We had to wait a short time for the cooked breakfast and the bacon and eggs could have done with a bit more cooking

Lovely modern hotel in a beautiful setting with great views. Room was clean and a good size with a great view. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Only a short walk into Bowness
