Like most places in Torquay there is no designated parking. We parked about a street away so not too bad and parking is available on the road outside after 6pm on a Saturday and all of Sunday.

I love that it was a home from home. I liked the quirky bits like how the lights come one automatically as you go up the stairs but were chandeliers. Mandy and Sharon were lovely and really helpful if we had any questions in the local area.

I was unable to get a WiFi signal probably due to being at the top of the property, also the shower lacked power which is probably also due to the room's location.

The stairs, there a lot, but as it's an old building they can't put a lift in, and I'm really unfit... but would be ok for others I'm sure!

Stayed in September, been here before so knew it was nice! Room spacious and clean, with everything you need! Breakfast was amazing every day, hot and made to order, the ladies very chatty, friendly and incredibly helpful with lots of local knowledge!

Nothing, however it is located around 15-20 minute walk into the town centre, which did not bother us, as we enjoyed a nice walk along the seafront and harbour on the way in.

Both Mandy and Sharon, who run this guest house, provide a welcome that is really something special with all the information that you require for an enjoyable stay in Torquay. The breakfasts are all cooked fresh using the finest ingredients and certainly sets you up for the day ahead. Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies and it is a real home from home experience. We will certainly return.

Toilet shredder was quite loud (probably can’t be changed) was just conscious of neighbouring rooms and the shredder going off at certain times.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. Sharon and Amanda we’re the consummate hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality and quantity of the breakfasts was amazing made from the freshest of ingredients. Complimentary bottles of water each day a very nice touch. Lots of help and advice as to what to do in the area. Thank you girls for everything.

The owners were wonderful, kind and really down to earth. They made me feel at ease traveling on my own. My room was so cosy and felt like home even though it was on the top floor it was perfect. I couldn’t hear any other guests whilst in my room which was nice. Breakfast was so lovely! Free range eggs and very generous portions of smoked salmon which is my favorite. Great location and the weather was nice so the beach was beautiful to walk to. I would 100% recommend this guest house, quick get booking!!

Room was noisy as on a main road, they did have ear plugs, it was hot in the rooms, but did have a fan. Room not as big as other superior double rooms I have stayed at.

The ladies were very friendly & inviting, helpful with local information. It was clean & tidy. Breakfast was very good & vegetarian friendly.
