surprisingly nice bathrooms for a hotel this size and age and even had a little balcony for my loch view. good value for money for forever overpriced fort William.

United KingdomIt’s cheap and sterile. Everything about it is cheap. Everything is minimum outlay. We got a very cheap deal but if we’d been paying top price, I don’t think any aspect would’ve seen any improvement in quality. Breakfast ingredients were poor quality served by disinterested staff. Service was too quick to even pretend that an effort was being made to provide fresh cooked. Tea was of such poor quality that even after 5+ mins brewing and a stir of the pot, it was still flavourless and the only colour came from the milk. Don’t start me on the toast! The rooms were dated but comfortable and clean and very warm, if you’re the type of person to feel a chill, you won’t be disappointed here. I got the feeling that the staff have very little input over how this hotel functions, they turn up and stick to the formula, which is a shame because they are good natured and friendly crew

United KingdomThe food was substandard. Mostly seemed to be straight from the freezer or pre prepared. An entry door is supposedly for key entries only was permanently left open. Making the internal corridors cold. This also affects the temperature in the room.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and clean.

The room was small but quiet and comfortable. Despite the tired appearance of the hotel's exterior the inside was a nice surprise. The lounge bar and restaurant are spacious and nicely furnished and the food was tasty.

Fantastic Location not far from Fort William. Bus stop clise to hotel. Across the road from the water. Great iews from the lounge Check in /out was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Good value for money when compared to the price of other hotels in the area. Would stay here again.

The room was newly refurbished but there is still a smell of old in the room.
