Sound proofing is bad. People talking on the parking or corridors was coming through in side of the room.

Property was right opposite of the lake.

breakfast was really *really* mediocre as it always is in these bus hotels. Wouldn’t want to stay more than a night or two but great when passing through.

surprisingly nice bathrooms for a hotel this size and age and even had a little balcony for my loch view. good value for money for forever overpriced fort William.

It’s cheap and sterile. Everything about it is cheap. Everything is minimum outlay. We got a very cheap deal but if we’d been paying top price, I don’t think any aspect would’ve seen any improvement in quality. Breakfast ingredients were poor quality served by disinterested staff. Service was too quick to even pretend that an effort was being made to provide fresh cooked. Tea was of such poor quality that even after 5+ mins brewing and a stir of the pot, it was still flavourless and the only colour came from the milk. Don’t start me on the toast! The rooms were dated but comfortable and clean and very warm, if you’re the type of person to feel a chill, you won’t be disappointed here. I got the feeling that the staff have very little input over how this hotel functions, they turn up and stick to the formula, which is a shame because they are good natured and friendly crew

Location and evening dinner was very basic 3 course £20 sounded good until you saw the options and food quality. Edible but like school dinners chef did oblige by giving me more potoroos when I was only given 2 very small ones

The food was substandard. Mostly seemed to be straight from the freezer or pre prepared. An entry door is supposedly for key entries only was permanently left open. Making the internal corridors cold. This also affects the temperature in the room.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and clean.

A bit too far out of town.

The room was small but quiet and comfortable. Despite the tired appearance of the hotel's exterior the inside was a nice surprise. The lounge bar and restaurant are spacious and nicely furnished and the food was tasty.

The heating was noisy at night and there was no instructions/guide on how to operate it.

I was upgraded to a larger family room because my original room was unavailable. It was very comfortable and clean with great space.

No wifi in the room but available in reception and the lounge areas. The shower was a tad too small.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast for small added extra price was very good value.

Hotel was a little dated, but clean. WiFi was available but did not work in my room.

Fantastic Location not far from Fort William. Bus stop clise to hotel. Across the road from the water. Great iews from the lounge Check in /out was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Good value for money when compared to the price of other hotels in the area. Would stay here again.

Restaurant being closed as we had travelled a fair way and were hoping to eat there.

The staff were very welcoming and apologetic at the restaurant being closed that night. They offered to phone in a take away from various local restaurants.

See above. The breakfast was of poor quality. Coffee and toast brought in just lukewarm. And breakfast was over at 9 a.m. check out at 10 a.m. I was so surprised about this that we will not be considering this hotel again.

The room was newly refurbished but there is still a smell of old in the room.
