Breakfast below 4* hotel standard. Advised run out of fresh bread! Poor selection of fruit. Not for first time one of two coffee machines not working. General lack of checking on replenishing. Delays in removing finished food from our table.

Our riverside room had a Smart TV with a casting from phone feature which did not work, after calling reception we found out that this is the case for all the rooms. Please remove that option from your TVs if you know it's not working to avoid confusion.

Parking daily cost is ridiculous and shocking! Never paid so much for hotel parking. No robes or slippers were given to use the spa facilities. There were still children in the jacuzzi area after the child session was finished, which made our time there not so relaxing. Although it was nice to have our room cleaned during our stay, i didn't like that our personal belongings were moved and touched. Asked for a quiet room and was given a room facing the really busy and noisy main road, which made it difficult to rest as the rooms are not very soundproof.

Great location with lovely walk along the river and walking distance to lots of restaurants/shops. Room was spacious and loved the fact there was a mini fridge as many hotels I've stayed don't have this. Bar was modern and nice atmosphere. Freindly staff and the whole place was clean. Jacuzzi was also lovely and clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

As a solo female traveller, when checking in the reception clerk said my room number out loud in a busy reception. I felt a bit uncomfortable but shortly got over it. Paying for parking wasn’t sweet.

Room was lovely, I had very loud neighbours having sex all night and morning. the walls are very thin!!! I stayed in room 214.

The balcony was disappointing but only because of the weather - I couldn't keep the chairs dry enough to sit out even when it was sunny. However, I made full use of the downstairs terrace and loved it. I found the high price for customer parking unusual.

I came for a break following a bereavement. I asked for a river view so I had room 155 with view and balcony. All staff and came across were friendly, helpful and efficient. I had brunch each day and inner in the restaurant - excellent food and service.

A flat charge of £15 for parking when the nearby public car park charges a fraction of that price. A joint twin bed was provided in a double room.

Good location by the River Thames. Lovely walk by the canal behind the hotel. Not too far from town centre. Room was spacious. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room facilities were well maintained. Breakfast spread was standard and sufficient.

The spa facility is not at all as described, it’s very crowded and oldish in all perspectives, if there are 15 persons it already to much and you have to queue for the jacuzzi .

The hotel is not to bad, just very little to do in and out, they have great buffet breakfast.
