The food in the hotel bar on the Sunday night was not great, cold and took a long time to come out. But we had a good night with drinks which made up for it

The lift system. It was a busy hotel and the lift system was quite lengthy at times.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The hotel was clean with all that was needed available.

The shower facility was not as exspected, annoying showerhead, the water came cold right on you when you turned it on, no way to get around it while trying to fixing the heat, and no handshower. Noise from the hallway because the door was not tight - one could see through the gab around the door into the hallway. The food at the hotels resturant was not good, got row hamburger and things ware not very taysty.

The room was cleen and the beds comfortable. All the staff was polite and nice.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It's next to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Edgware Road.

Bathroom too small for two people , wash basin too close to toilet seat with hard edges, danger of hurting yourself - also burns on heating rail possible because of tight space. No hand shower, shower head from above only, handle underneath shower. When opening you're hit by cold water. It takes a little time until you get warm water. Electric tooth brush can only be charged when the lights are on. Displayed TV channels in German not available or disrupted.

Location is excellent and close to public transport, breakfast plenty and ample choice, room size ok , comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent Wifi.

We did not like our room - Dusty room, small beds, A/C not working properly, storage space is not compatible with the number of guests staying (sufficient for 1-2 people max, it was a "Gold Family Room" for 4 guests). Location not great for London night life, not walking distance from west end. Not a friendly area to walk alone at night (for women traveling alone).

Location is good for shopping. Breakfast was great, Staff were very nice and accommodating. There is a grocery store right in front of the hotel which is convenient for late night snacks. All together - cute hotel. Not bad. We enjoyed our stay but probably will not return. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Great location for Oxford street/Bond street shopping. Not ideal for evenings at the theatre. Rooms are nice in general but when examining the details - here is where the hotel fails. The room could be cleaner (my dust allergy was acting up every evening on returning to the room). Also - no storage. Only 2 small drawers, a shelf and a little hanging space, not nearly enough for a family room. Minibar was included in room price. Beds are small (140cm wide). Last comment is about the air-conditioning - the room was too hot no matter how low we set the A/C. We were staying in a "Gold family room" which should of had 2 large double beds, we were expecting at least queen size. Breakfast is very good: full cooked breakfast as well as fruit, fresh vegetables, pastries and more. Lobby is very lively, there's loud live music, mostly pop style. Was not to our taste, but we can see how this would appeal to certain crowds. Some rock music would have been nice. Why not return? Too loud in the lobby, too far from the west end, not pleasant area to walk in after shops close, dusty rooms.
