The noisy heater in the pool.

We had a beautiful room in the new extension overlooking the golf course. Breakfast was pretty good in a lovely light room on the first floor again overlooking golf course. We enjoyed two swims in small pool which was lovely and warm. Not many loungers and pool was a bit dirty with very small changing room. It had a heater which made a terrible noise which rather spoiled the ambience.

The room was rather hot as the heated towel rail was on all night and the fire alarm sounded early on a Sunday Morning. But other than those minor things would stay again.

Coffee machine for lattes etc at breakfast would have been nice offer. Google rating for restaurant was 2 and a half stars so nearly didn't go. We did go to the main restaurant and the service was good and the food was nice. Would suggest you split the restaurants on Google as I suspect the Orangery is pulling down the ratings as it is more casual. Get customers to post Google reviews.

Breakfast good. Teapots don't keep the tea hot so lukewarm tea in the morning wasn't ideal. Staff was nice and helpful.

The room was far too hot. The thermostat was set at 24 degrees and couldn't be changed which was unbearable. Reception were unable to do anything about it.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and as much as you wanted.

Room was too hot; duty manager explained that rooms didn’t have individual thermostats. I found it difficult to sleep. Noise of grass cutter early morning ( 7am) .

The sofa bed was very hard and very uncomfortable and we had to request that they put something on it to make it better. The room had a very unexciting view over the car park. I think for the standard and orientation of the room that it was overpriced.

Booked this for friends, they said the breakfast was great. pool was good, children enjoyed it. Staff at reception were also really nice and very helpful.

Breakfast. We arrived just before end of breakfast, so Buffett had all gone. They were nice and offered us a cooked breakfast, but it was tasteless.

The tiredness of the changing facilities and nowhere ro change apart from 2 shower rooms. Luckily it was quiet but otherwise we would have struggled.

The shower head needs replacing and a few parts of the room, e.g. the towel rail, could do with a clean. The rest of the room was very clean.

We had booked a family room but the sofa bed provided had no sheets or duvet cover. I did not have time or energy to raise this in person.

After eating fish and chips from the bar restaurant, both of us weren't feeling too good, with gut issues. Next morning it was okay though, so probably nothing too serious, although it did ruin our evening. I don't know if it was because of the food or our choice of fried food late in the evening.

The facilities were great, the swimming pool airy with lots of sunlight, the water not too hot, which was good for leisurely swimming. The sauna was also a nice addition. The fields are beautiful, you can walk across the golf course. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, although on the ground floor level. There was a direct door to go outside from the room. The bathroom was spacious with both shower and a bathtub. Breakfast included was nice too, good amount of choice. You can access the facilities even before check in and after check out, which is great. The access is included for all guests.
