The shower inside bathtub could be updated, especially for people with mobility limitations.

Check in was very easy and the check in staff friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Facilities were all great.

The only thing is that it would be great to have some shampoo in the bathroom, not only shower gel/soap. And some salt and oil in the kitchen would be amazing too!

We stayed at Redcliff, the apartment was clean, equipped with all the necessary appliances and very comfortable. The communication with the managing company was easy, they’ve responded to all my questions promptly and sent clear check in and check out instructions.

I had 3 phonecalls in the days before the stay, asking for pre payment and a £100 deposit. Our group wanted to split the bill and pay on arrival. The message wasn't getting passed down.

parking was a bit pricy at £20 per day, but safe and secure. Would have been handy to have a few necessities, eg salt, oil, in addition to the the sachets of coffee and tea.

great modern apartment in a residential block, conveniently close to city centre and railway station. Clean, comfortable, well looked after. Nice and quiet.

Only downside this visit was that the TV remote didn't work properly so couldn't relax and watch tv. Remote turned on but couldn't select anything. Wasn't worth reporting at the time as it was a small inconvenience. The bowls provided were very small, too small for cereal and way too small for an evening meal

Apartment a bit souless, the light in the kitchen flickers, the light by the single bed near the window has a loose connection in the socket. Would be nice to have local information on the room on sites to visit. The sofa and chairs in lounge are not very comfortable after a long day's walking around. Had much better furniture in other places we stayed at.

Having more space than one roomed bedroom in a hotel. Easy in and out access, large bathroom, close to the town amenities, nice and quiet, very comfy beds, great to have a kitchen, good closet space.

The pillows were very flat, not comfortable at all. The duvet had a rip on the side and there was a lot of wear and tear all over the walls. I also didn’t like the fact there was a surprise security deposit. I feel this should be more prominent on the booking process.

Loved the location, the apartment was basic but was everything you needed for the stay. The bed was very comfy, firm with clean sheets. The bathroom was big and the soap smelled amazing!

Tried to contact building in advance by telephone to clarify arrangements but got no response. Was not sent check in arrangements until after we had set out for Bristol meaning we could not print out from the PC. NB NOT EVERYONE USES OR CAN USE A SMARTPHONE. Arriving at property found the instructions to get in very confusing, and the woman in the Reception was very unhelpful and not at all welcoming or friendly.

A little noisy outside...this was a Friday night in a city, but I'm not sure the windows are double glazed? I was told there was a reception where we could leave our luggage if we were early, but I never found that. Luckily we arrived around checkin time.

Location was great. 7 mins walk from the station and then not too far to walk to the harbourside, or markets or park street. Apartment was lovely and nice you can do a bit of self catering. We had our daughter there too, nice solution for travelling as a family.
